The employees were arguing with the gas station staff, the wait time was long, there was a new employee who didn't know how to make the food by himself upfront, and the food itself was very mediocre at best. Wouldn't go back.
A very nice place to get subs for cheap, good selection of meats and vegetables as well as condiments. Decent selection of fountain drinks. The prices are really well laid out and the menu is easy to read. The service is great and the people are friendly. A very good food joint. Need food quick and only have $5 you can get a good sub.
I would give them fewer stars but every now and then I am pleasantly surprised to encounter an employee who DOESN'T hate working there and makes a really good sub...That said, far too often I get stuck with an employee who treats me like they are doing me a favor by being there to make my food. I'm not sure why they keep the old crab *ss there, maybe she's better with the truckers? Who knows. I will say that my last visit wasn't horrible, the sweet little redhead...
