On Thanksgiving Day we had Claire as our server and she was incredible!! The food was great and Claire was very attentive and provided superior customer service.
The restaurant is very clean with fun artifacts from the Quincy mine. The staff was friendly, the bar has plenty of drink options. The food was about average.

We stopped in here as a suggestion of our airbnb host. We are glad we decided to grab lunch here for the day. We had a Cobb salad, French dip sandwich, and white fish. All three dishes were great and would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

This is a great place to grab some delicious food in a comfortable rustic atmosphere. Our server was professional, friendly, and prompt. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. I had the Friday fish dinner and my guest had bacon bleu cheese burger. Great food at fair prices and great service. Thank you for a wonderful night.

Last 3 times I eat here not good cook in kitchen issues over cooked burger, onions ring over done hard, just issues, owner saids cook was new but and she was gonna take care Last issues we had few months back. Gave it 2 more trys same issues burnt burgers. So bad u can't even taste food. Idk lost me as customer tell there better cook. Owner needs address the problem fix it before reviews affect restaurant business. Sad bc this is only restaurants in Houghton that serves old traditional food not frozen burger and stuff.
Nice restaurant away from all the chaos in downtown Hancock/Houghton. Food is high quality and the restaurant has great value. You get a lot of food for a cheaper price than other local options. Great options and fun specials. Fish fry night and prime rib is so good. Also, sweet potatoes fries are amazing!

Party of 4, oct 4th. Worst and BURNT FISH FRY EVER! mine was a black burnt clump! My wife's had one piece totally burnt! My niece had the only good looking unburnt fish! But then it was oven baked! WORST FISH FRY FROM ANYWHERE EVER IN MY EIGHTY FIVE YEARS OF LIFE!
