This is a shop with packaged gelato (individual servings, pints, quarts, and bulk sizes) from thr local manufacturer. We also got some delicious Italian ice type slushies too. There is a wide variety of flavors. It's not a scoop shop and you don't eat there - it's just for to-go purchases. But super convenient to take home!
As usual, this family owned business doesn't disappoint with service and quality. Hands down, THE best frozen desserts around. The Triple Dark Chocolate gelato is amazing. Lots of unique flavors from which to choose. Try a hand made ice cream sandwich if you're lucky enough to find one!! ?x♾️
My wife and I were enjoying a phenomenal meal from the Southerner, while on vacation. No cake on the menu, but our waitress gave us some complimentary White chocolate raspberry gelato. Made my birthday. Later in the week, we stopped in, only to find they were not open. The owner graciously comped us with some Mango, White Chocolate Raspberry and Double cappuccino gelatos.
