I usually don’t write a lot of bad reviews about restaurants but this place deserves one. Service was horrible and the two servers were impatient and without calling me stupid calling me stupid. The drinks were good, bartender was awesome. Also know what you want and don’t ask questions about the menu they act like you should know.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. The bartender was incredibly rude!!! He is the tallest bartender there. I did not get his name, but I just know he was really tall . This was on Sunday, August 18.2024 around 1 or 2 o’clock in the afternoon, he acted like he could not be bothered with the group of people that I brought there because I told my friends that this place is really good, It was so embarrassing! He was being very rude to us … SO I asked him are you OK? And he said no!!! I’m kind of hung over! and so because he was hung over and partied last night, he felt he had the right to be rude to us. I will never come back to this place again!! I was so embarrassed for the bartender and embarrassed for my friends to bring them to such a horrible place with such a rude bartender. I’m such a big tipper for great service. When my friend went to pay for the bill I made sure that I hit the do not tip button!! I’m also in the industry and I work for my tips. I hope the owner or manager takes care of this matter before somebody else has to deal with a rude bartenders. If I could give zero stars, I would!!

I have never experienced such rude service like this ever before! Clearly by reading other reviews this is definitely a problem. The moment my group arrived we were never greeted friendly…it felt like we were inconveniencing the bartender. I wish I could call out his name but he wasn’t wearing a name tag. This was on Aug 18(Sunday). We felt so incredibly awkward that we took our drinks to a tabletop. We sat there for about 30min and not one server came to our table to ask if they could get us another drink or food. We felt so unwelcomed that we left. It’s a shame because it’s a cute little bar where boats can come and tie up. I’d love to come back but there is no chance in hell after this experience . Get new staff members!

Stopped here after the phish shows in grand rapids. Expected a cooler vibe here, not to be ridiculed by one of the bartenders and clearly one of the regulars for getting a rum punch that the other bartender recommended. Left after 1 drink as not wanting to make a scene. Oh well.

We used to love this place. Food is ok and service is only good if you get a good waitress. The drinks are way over priced and watered down. I tried a pineapple mule last week and it was terrible. Two other people at our table ordered a mind eraser and it was terrible. If I’m paying $10 a drink it should at least have some taste. The best part about this place is the atmosphere and the other patrons.

Perfect day at The Dock! Hot and muggy out, but the breeze and shade made it comfortable fir a relaxed lunch. Highly recommend the Rum Punch/Runner WITH the topper :) Also of note, the kitchen met my gluten free needs AND what I wanted to eat by combining two menu items. Kudos and thanks!

Fun atmosphere, big salami sandwich, drinks were cheap and really good and service was quick and friendly. Quirky little surprise on the water.
Absolutely loved it the food was excellent the environment absolutely spectacular pulled right up to the dock tie downs sat down 5 minutes we had our food ordered took 15 minutes wish I would have got there a little later to watch the band if you go ask for the lady from Allegan wonderful server

What an enjoyable lunch! After finding nowhere to park in Saugatuck, Google turned us on to this out-of-the-way little gem. It's very casual but the food was out of this world! We sat outside on the deck with a water view and had two fabulous grilled sandwiches: I, the Mollywood and my husband, the Pastrami Reuben. It took a little while for our food to come, but it was well worth the wait!
