Beer was good. Service was great. Food was really good and came out quick. We were able to get seated right away on a Friday night. The restaurant could use a bit of an update, but it was fine.
Everyone in my party of six enjoyed their lunch. We had a pretzel with beer cheese to start. I had a house lager that was excellent and THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS I've ever had. Couldn't get over that I was over 1,000 miles inland and had such a great fish plate. Fries were excellent and the breading on the fish was not overboard and nicely seasoned. \n\nWe had a great waitress who served us all well - an unexpected find in Saugatuck!
Even though we're 2 1/2 hours away, this is in our regular rotation. Great beer, one of the best burgers anywhere, and good service. My wife is a huge fan of their Blueberry Lemonade Shandy, and we've never had a bad meal here. Love the patio, also.
