The Gyro platter is not really a "gyro"....it's lamb bits that are not heavily spiced. The whole dish was very disappointing. The side salad was mostly cucumbers, which I do not like so did not eat. My wife had the halloumi salad which was great.
Had a phenomenal dinner at the Wild Dog. We're the type that like to share, so we opened with the Mezza Platter, which is a mixed vegetarian mediterranean platter and it was excellent. Everything fresh and clearly made in-house, even the pita was either fresh in house or locally sourced... absolutely delicious.
We followed that the caesar salad topped with steak (which was done to perfection), and for our main we shared their burger...

A truly magnificent experience. We were only in MI for the week, and had to make Wild Dog Grille a repeat. The staffing was excellent. Eric, Donna, and Diamond went above and beyond to make our visit with our fur baby Jaxon Bleu comfortable, inviting, and beyond expectations. The food is incredible. It was definitely the treat of a lifetime for our 34th anniversary trip. We’re planning a re-visit in the near future.
