Awful. I order what the call a Western Burger with Fries. We ate in the car, thinking it would be a nostalgic. It was far from it. After waiting about 25-30 minutes for my burger and my wife’s grill cheese., we were handed a basket with our food My Western Burger had a ton of bar-b-que sauce in order to hide the chard burger under it. There was a slice of cheese that was even melted. The burger fell apart after 2-3 bites because the bun was saturated with bb-que sauce. I had to leave 1/2 the hamburger because it was so charred, it was eating a hockey puck. So after waiting 30 minutes for our food, we didn’t even get hot French fries. They were lukewarm, at best.
The other disturbing fact is that my hamburger, my wife’s grilled cheese and fries and our daughter had a BLT sandwich with fries, cost $48+. Ridiculous! Furthermore, we had to ask 3 times for our 2 Diet Cokes, before the server finally brought them to us, saying, she forgot. How could she have forgotten when we asked numerous times.
Will never eat there again and I suggest you don’t either.

Go back to the OLD PIZZA recipe the new one sucks. I would normally give 5 stars all day long. I was so sad I have gone th lutz for years and traveled far. I went to go get pizza for my party today and it was different. Why change it. Will not go back unless they change it back.

Ordered take out from here. Oh let me tell you. It was fire and very filling. I don't think any of us could finish our boxes. Everything from the Reuben to the burger to the chicken strips was very good! The staff was also very friendly. We will be back soon!
