I tried to politely call her and discuss poor service and poor food quality but the manager got nasty and refused to give me corporate number so now I'm calling the health department and a better Business bureau because you hung up on me and then you took the phone off the hook so I couldn't call back!!!

I ordered a chocolate and vanilla shake, and I got and vanilla and strawberry shake. When I said that I ordered a chocolate one, they wouldn’t take it back and didn’t give us a chocolate one.

Breakfast is always so-so on the biscuits (made / baked properly). Lunch / Dinner is usually pretty good. The problem is that the drive through is always so busy, cars run into the main street. If they could fix that it would be a huge time saver for potential customers driving by, and also increase business because you would get the ones who would have gone through drive through if it wasn't backed up into the street. It's not a management problem because the cars flow at a good rate, it's the parking lot. This place should have a 2nd drive through station like other McDonald's, that should do the trick.

Food is good times so so service depends but there is always homeless people harassing for money and one will block traffic to look for change

Stopped to grab some food, ran into the Bathroom first.. it was the MOST DISGUSTING experience. We walked out, definitely wouldn’t eat here. 0- stars!

Food cold! Double cheese cold! 4 piece cold! Fries cold! No Dr. Pepper so chose Coke flat no carbonation. Also line was slow making me think fresh and hot! NOPE!
