Decided to give them another try! My mistake, dough was undercooked, not a pan crust for sure, not enough cheese and too much sauce. I will continue driving to Niles to get pizza! Very disappointed!

Wow way to go guys I just got pizza delivered at 9:21. If your going to charge me so much at least get the order right and didn't even give me my receipt but I asked for thin crust not hand tossed

I’ve dined here many times mid day and take out over the last twelve years. The staff has always been courteous and helpful often remembering my ordering preferences. There were tough times during covid just like everywhere else. The staff and management did a fine job despite those circumstances.

The staff does not disappoint! We ask every pizza restaurant to draw a wizard on the box and this Pizza Hut never disappoints!

I had ordered over 100 dollars worth of Pizza, wings and Pasta from the location in Dowagiac, to feed 6 adults and 1 child. I asked for no sauce, just cheese on the personal pan pizza for the child as she has autism and won’t eat sauce. I asked for Garlic Parm wings and Mild Buffalo wings, and on 2 of the large pizzas, I wanted extra cheese which I didn’t get and the Buffalo wings tasted sweet. Also the Garlic Parm wings had 0 garlic. I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut and this is the first time I’ve had an issue.

On 1/272025 around 4:30, I met with a small group at the restaurant. The server (I did not get her name) was excellent in taking care of our group, and there was no pizza leftover.

Pizza was amazing. Got a half and half Hawaiian/supreme, bread sticks. No complaints there. But the whole place smelled like dirty sink water. It was offensive. Hopefully they fixed that. Well definitely be eating there again though.

So me and my family went to go get food on our way home. We ordered the 16in pizza 16 wings and two orders of fries. They took 20 minutes for our food to come out and it wasn't even all of it. We were still waiting over another 20 minutes for 8 wings. Their fries were dry and stuck together like you can pick them up and they all come up. There was about 7 people there and there was only about 2 people working. There was one person who went to the bathroom and came out without washing his hands. And on top of that he was standing around in the area with the food while being on his phone. The pizza tasted like cardboard. This was the worst service I have ever received and don't recommend anyone coming here.
