I had ordered over 100 dollars worth of Pizza, wings and Pasta from the location in Dowagiac, to feed 6 adults and 1 child. I asked for no sauce, just cheese on the personal pan pizza for the child as she has autism and won’t eat sauce. I asked for Garlic Parm wings and Mild Buffalo wings, and on 2 of the large pizzas, I wanted extra cheese which I didn’t get and the Buffalo wings tasted sweet. Also the Garlic Parm wings had 0 garlic. I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut and this is the first time I’ve had an issue.

On 1/272025 around 4:30, I met with a small group at the restaurant. The server (I did not get her name) was excellent in taking care of our group, and there was no pizza leftover.

Pizza was amazing. Got a half and half Hawaiian/supreme, bread sticks. No complaints there. But the whole place smelled like dirty sink water. It was offensive. Hopefully they fixed that. Well definitely be eating there again though.

So me and my family went to go get food on our way home. We ordered the 16in pizza 16 wings and two orders of fries. They took 20 minutes for our food to come out and it wasn't even all of it. We were still waiting over another 20 minutes for 8 wings. Their fries were dry and stuck together like you can pick them up and they all come up. There was about 7 people there and there was only about 2 people working. There was one person who went to the bathroom and came out without washing his hands. And on top of that he was standing around in the area with the food while being on his phone. The pizza tasted like cardboard. This was the worst service I have ever received and don't recommend anyone coming here.

Worst customer service I've ever had manager was rude!! Honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this pizza hut! Ordered a large pan pizza pepperoni and sausage it came with no sauce!! I didn't order no sauce on my pizza! I understand mistakes are made worked in customer service for along time! I brought the pizza(walked it at 9pm) back because I didn't have someone to take me again because of their mess up! But I still was ok and not super mad but then when I got there the manager who I handed the pizza to was legit DISRESPECTFUL snatched the pizza and grabbed the newly made one and said here is one with extra sauce! Look I just wanted what I ordered and paid for! I wasn't rude even though it was freezing even though my pizza was cold when I got back with it! I warmed it up, honestly everything else was amazing and good! But because of how rude that guy was I won't ever eat there again! Honestly I've never been so upset where is it ok to treat customers like this! I really hope that pizza hut does something to improve there customer service!!

THE PIZZA WAS GARBAGE! IT WAS NOTHING BUT MUSH AND GREASE!
The pizza was RAW. I am so sorry I didn't open the box before I got home. I was hungry and too tired to make the trip back to return the pizza. I finished a slice in the oven, threw the rest away

Don’t buy the tavern pizza cuz they’re burnt and hard to eat. And when you live 35 to 40 minutes away and don’t have a fuel to take it back all they’re willing to do is give you 5 dollars off your next order and our bill was 54 bucks and all the pizzas were burnt and hard besides one pizza. Not even 2% of your money back

Ordered a supreme with stuffed crust. The pizza was flat, wet, uncooked garbage. Called up and spoke to Keefer the manager, not helpful at all. Wanted me to leave my grandkids to drive back up there and show him the pizza we threw away. He offered a partial credit , very unapologetic and said call Monday and speak to Ryan. Horrible problem solving skills and very robot like demeanor. Never again Pizza Hut . $60 order. Taking my business elsewhere.
