Manager Crystal is absolutely disgusting. Every time she comes to the window she has a nasty attitude, wears no gloves, and she’s very rude when it comes down to not having the correct order. I understand there’s a limit on how long they have a car in line. However, your management should NOT be getting snappy with both the customer and employee at the window trying to receive a different drink order because she’s not ordering in the correct stock.

Their system crashed when I was trying to order my second order and I know they can take two orders at the same time and they told me to pull back around for an another time. And there lobby was closed so we cannot make all our separate orders (this was at 6:30pm).

I ordered two chicken quesadillas easy sauce both came with extra cheese I called to let the manager know and the manager claims she made my chicken quesadillas was extremely rude with me I explained to the lady that I did not want any free food I just wanted to let her know and she was extremely rude and hung up on me and did not give me her name

I ordered in the drive thru. I got a grilled cheese burrito. i then drive up to the window and there is this awful teenager with black hair who is kind of chubby with an awful attitude. She didn’t smile, didn’t say hi, and didn’t even give me my drink. When she gave me my food, she almost threw it at me and when i opened my bag, the it was the wrong burrito. Awful.
