Went in around 6:30 pm yesterday and Mariah the manager replaced my Crunchwrap that accidentally had tomatoes when I ordered no tomatoes. Staff was friendly and apologetic and they were quick. Way better service here than last manager!

Best taco bell I've ever visited. Easily one of the cleanest fast food resteraunts I've ever seen. The food tasted fresh, well prepared, and everything in the bag was accounted for of course. The staff was very friendly and seemed well organized. Hands down, a 5/5 star.

It's been several years since last eating here. I will say the food was better a few years ago, also the portions were better. A few of the taco supremes had basically no meat on them and 1 little piece of tomato and virtually no cheese. The staff was friendly.

Today I got the end of the chip bad so my nachos bel grandes were super super salty, but they were really nice and remade them for me. The manager working was Moriah I think? Highly recommend this Taco Bell. The staff is the nicest around.

Went in to order food, they can’t not take your order. You have us the app or kiosk machine or drive Thur. There is no customer service there anymore. A lot of us old people don’t use apps or the Machine. Even though you had to pay at the cash register, they cannot, and will not take your order. as much as I like Taco Bell, I refuse to go any place that there is no customer service or help so you can order your food, or maybe they just don’t know how to do it anymore I’m sorry very frustrated that there’s no more one on one interaction and they don’t even wanna try. Hopefully not all Taco Bell’s are that way? I left and went elsewhere and had better customer service
Food was great! Everything was cooked well the only thing is I wish the tortilla chips had more salt and a red salsa to go with it !

Waited over 30 minutes after ordering on the app and then going to go get it. I am very sick after eating it on top of that. Highly don’t recommend!

Just skip this place altogether. No one is working any day of the week. Line is always wrapped with many ppl just leaving. No one is working inside either just a sad Kiosk. Better off going to McDs.

I never get fast food and today I was starving so I decided to take a chance on a fast food taco. I knew I made the wrong decision when the first bite of the chalupa tasted like a freezer burnt piece of bread. Then I decided to try the Mexican pizza and lord Jesus the thing tasted like burnt cardboard and the sour crème was spoiled. This place truly has bad food in my opinion. I don’t like giving bad reviews but you need to retrain the staff on food preparation. I totally wasted my money ? on this place today. When I opened a soft taco it smelled like I was in Watervliet by the dump.

This place does whatever they want when they want. Sometimes they do breakfast, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they close early sometimes they open late. Sometimes the door is locked sometimes it's open. But all the time most everyone is rude. Today we got limited to 5 items. I only needed 2 but it's the principle of the thing.
