Went in to order food, they can’t not take your order. You have us the app or kiosk machine or drive Thur. There is no customer service there anymore. A lot of us old people don’t use apps or the Machine. Even though you had to pay at the cash register, they cannot, and will not take your order. as much as I like Taco Bell, I refuse to go any place that there is no customer service or help so you can order your food, or maybe they just don’t know how to do it anymore I’m sorry very frustrated that there’s no more one on one interaction and they don’t even wanna try. Hopefully not all Taco Bell’s are that way? I left and went elsewhere and had better customer service

Just skip this place altogether. No one is working any day of the week. Line is always wrapped with many ppl just leaving. No one is working inside either just a sad Kiosk. Better off going to McDs.

I never get fast food and today I was starving so I decided to take a chance on a fast food taco. I knew I made the wrong decision when the first bite of the chalupa tasted like a freezer burnt piece of bread. Then I decided to try the Mexican pizza and lord Jesus the thing tasted like burnt cardboard and the sour crème was spoiled. This place truly has bad food in my opinion. I don’t like giving bad reviews but you need to retrain the staff on food preparation. I totally wasted my money ? on this place today. When I opened a soft taco it smelled like I was in Watervliet by the dump.

This place does whatever they want when they want. Sometimes they do breakfast, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they close early sometimes they open late. Sometimes the door is locked sometimes it's open. But all the time most everyone is rude. Today we got limited to 5 items. I only needed 2 but it's the principle of the thing.

Last time I ever come here. Nacho fries were cold and disgusting....I was a fry cook and I don't do rubbery cold fries ?. My chalupa had a gallon of sour cream and guacamole on it. You guys have went way down hill.Your not Food isn't good anymore . 0/10 stars the absolute worst

Paid for 4 orders of the new street taco, only got 1.5 One "taco" had a hint of being near the rest of them. I think maybe some filling fell from the other taco into this one.
On calling in about this, they did offer to make the 2 missing orders, or refund to card if I came back in person.

I had to update my review for this location because they seem to now be price gouging. The same meal I get at other Taco Bells is 15% more expensive here. Dowagiac isn't exactually a wealthy town. This is fast food. Price accordingly.

Never go to this taco bell. Who ever is scheduled in the kitchen after 5pm literally cannibalizes the nachos, bean burritos, taco supremes and probably the few other items that they will keep out that are easy to make. Half the menu was unavailable even though the supply chain has been straightened out in the world and does not seem to be affecting their competition.

The food was not good at all and more expensive than Paw Paw. For example cheese roll up is $1 at Paw Paw but $1.29 in Dowagiac. I ordered hard tacos and they were soggy. I would not recommend this location.

My husband and I were starving,so we stopped there. We had to order on that dumb machine. I am not very good at that. I'll admit it. Well when are food finally got to us, it did not look the same. I took it back up to the manager and told him that it was not the right thing. I showed him our receipt and he said it's right their. If you don't like it, buy something else with our machine!! I told him that I can't have most of what was on it. He told us" oh well. You'll just have to order something else from our machine it's not my problem. So I threw it away and left. We will not be going back to the dowagaic Taco Bell in Dowagaic, Michigan.

Messed up my order gave little to no meat and the lettuce was old looking, I recently found out that Taco Bell refried beans start as little pellets yuck, and the meat comes in a bag where you put the bag in boiling water to heat it up. Can’t say ima eat from Taco Bell again
