I have brain cancer. I live here in Dundee. I placed delivery order last Friday and food was stone cold ice cream for what should have been chocolate cake turned it into mud soup. N I never got my beverages. Slice of pumpkin pie was 1/4 slice of a slice. Kids size. Whole experience sucked. Have called every day being told refund issued, yet hasn’t been put back into my account. I can’t order any more delivery cuz bob evans has my money. I haven’t eaten in a week. Our waitress made us feel like we were imposing in her space , short and brief. My coffee cup was empty prior to our meal and refilled after our meal. Not once did she ask if we needed anything. She dropped off the bill. Oh and never gave us ketchup lol
