I have celiac disease and went to Bob Evans with my friend for breakfast today. The manager, Bill, was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring my meal was gluten free with no cross contamination. I had the cranberry salad and it was delicious!

Was there on 7/26/25 Very sweet. We came in shortly before closing. They were very nice. I've worked in food service on a Saturday night. If they were disappointed at not getting done quickly they didn't show it. My only regret was that i didn't let them know that we would not mind if they vaccumed.

Cooks don’t clean cook top, debit in food, still edible but not acceptable. When brought up the waitress got snippy. Down with corporate chains that don’t care

I gave the restaurant 3stars because when we arrived in the middle of the afternoon there were only three tables in use . We watched as your staff chatted with one another while we waited 10 minutes to be seated. After the waitress took our order she brought us the bread. We did not have silverware and since I could not get her attention I had to go to the counter and get it myself. We like the place despite the slightly higher cost. I guess I expected better service. I still left a tip for her, it was not however as generous as I am used to leave

I had the chicken potatoes and corn and the chicken wasn't up to standards, it looked like and tasted like it had been cooked and recooked. Though I should have sent it back but I didn't because of time. I use to visit Bob's on the regular when I travel and now I see the standards are going down.

The quote in the photo is a lie. Smallest breakfast portions I've ever experienced. The waitress was very nice and did a great job. I would suspect Bob Evans corporate is to blame.

Waited over 45 mins to get our order in a restaurant with only 4 tables sat. Was told priority was for online carry out orders. Food was dead in the window long before we got it and staff was unapologetically rude. Next time ill spend a few more dollars and go somewhere better. McDonalds would have been an upgrade.
