Manager was very rude to multiple customers! Telling them they had to read to menu sign when they had a hard time reading it. We had to wait 20 minutes in line inside just to take our order.

The food was delicious... When we finally got it. There were several people working there, but apparently only one that knew what he was doing... As he proclaimed that to every customer that walked in. After waiting for about 10 minutes for them to clean up a spill in back, that employee finally was able to come to the front and take our order. He said he had to go back and make it, as the employee on the grill was only a trainee. It was a large order, as it was for 2 adults and my 3 teenage boys... But we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for our food.
The food was delicious, but that employee needs to: 1. Teach the other employees some of the jobs... It's not technical to clean up a spill, but HE has to do it. 2. Not tell every employee that he's the only one that knows what he's doing. 3. Stop micro-managing. Let the employee do their job, even if that means making a mistake while doing it!!
He was very apologetic, but the next family that walked in received the same lines and same service.

Just went here to pick up lunch for a co-worker and myself. First off I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers with everything. Get the order take it back to work and no bacon on them, burgers are burnt and cold (mind you I work across the street from them so they didn't cold that quickly). So not happy with the Dundee location, will never go back

I go here all the time with my family…. My fiance and I eat here the most ordering the same thing and always being happy but today my son and I wanted to order some chicken strip basket… this is what we get. Someone dirty bbq hands got put all over it. Didn’t change gloves or what not. I tried call multiple times but the phone service of their store wasn’t working at all it seemed like…. They need to get a need cook….

Everyone is super friendly, the atmosphere even when busy is nice. I love bringing my dogs for there pup cups and the amazing blizzards each time I come here.
