Me and my family stopped at the Dundee Dairy Queen the service was absolutely AMAZING the staff was so very kind and friendly got my food fast it was very fresh the food was delicious I've been to many Dairy Queens this is the cleanest store I've ever seen I'm highly satisfied me and my family will be definitely be coming back thank you so very much for the AMAZING experience 💗

Everything was above and beyond! I have not had such great customer service in a long time. My daughter wanted a banana with her kids meal. Rather than saying we are sorry we do not have anymore a employee went next door and got her a banana and brought it to our table! 5 star customer service!

Employees seem under trained. They had to ask the manager how to make a strawberry chocolate shake ,whichever cost7.50 for what used to be a medium/small size but now is called a large.
No restaurant sit in on a Sunday afternoon, but the ice cream was still great!

This was one of the most unpleasant drive through experiences. The workers were friendly enough, but it took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru only to get the drinks, a slush, a tea and a blizzard and have to pull ahead and wait. Then 15 minutes later get the rest of the ice cream and the food. The food had been sitting for awhile because it was not hot. So lukewarm food, melted ice cream, premium price.

Ordered 2 meals cashier said if or curds I asked oh get a choice I said curd. Nope not correct got food after a wait ugh. Chili sauce on hot dog looked burnt. Manager we make fresh daily. Hahaha no way said they suppose to stir though out day dropped food and left. Was gross didnt eat.

Have eaten here before and it was delicious. Today food took a significant time and tasted like frozen beef was microwaved. Cheeseburgers tasted similar to a school burger. Even our kids wouldn't finish them. Likely won't be returning for burgers anytime soon. Workers were friendly and restaurant was clean. Food was just extremely disappointing.

I don’t think the heavyset red headed manager should be managing any sort of restaurant. He was throwing his hands around, acting like a little baby to the point that I walked out. I did not even wanna eat here anymore. Treating workers like crap and making customers uncomfortable is not a good combination in management
