The manager and staff appeared to be friendly. But wow, what a mess. It had appeared that the manager and kitchen staff were all new and it must have been a training day and they were all training themselves. It took sooooo long to get our food. They kept handing things out one at a time, constantly messing up the order and giving things to people when it wasn't even their order. Other customers were very upset and requested their ice cream to be remade. They certainly are incapable of handling multiple orders at one time, especially if it is more than one item. There were even several points where the staff was handing out food and desserts that didn't make sense and was not even ordered. You could literally hear the manager question his staff why they made that when it wasn't ordered. The manager kept apologizing to everyone, but with a crazy ran staff, disorganization, and other unhappy customers, this ruined the dine-in experience for my family, especially my kids. We won't be back to this location, ever. We were only here because there aren't many Grill & Chill's around these parts.

Why does it take 30 minutes for an order of cold cheese curds and a melted blizzard? Dude at the counter didn't care either, "we have a trainee". That's nice. It's a pre-made frozen cheese curd that gets dropped into a fryer. Not a 5 star gourmet meal.

Place was nice. Fountain machine selections working. TVs on. Tables with convenient items in a rack. Only problem is your company should put a sign that says additional parking behind store.

We Ordered 2 chicken baskets from this place and got two things of chicken wings, both box’s were filthy with the bbq sauce on the bottom of the box’s making me think that they don’t clean the counters there, didn’t put the box’s in a bag with napkins, lady at the window basically threw the box’s at my dad, manger said when we were getting a refund “what do you want me to do do you want me to put it in a bag or another box” so yeah don’t go here no matter how close it is to your location you will get food poisoning here, wish I could make this review be 0 stars.

i got a Royal cheesecake blizzard and it was all over the sides, there was peanut butter and chocolate in as well, it tasted really gross because of it. i do not recommend this dairy queen especially if you have a peanut allergy.

They were understaffed only 2 people working. 1 guy was excellent trying his best taking orders. while the cook was screaming and complaining in the back.Only a few customers there at the time and it took a really long time to get out food. Sadly I don't recommend this dairy queen.
Food is fine. However a $3 up charge for going from a regular combo on a meal to a large is stupidly over priced considering the menu price difference for the fries and drink is a whopping $0.60 for both. Then the drive through cashier basically said to suck it up it's 2023. I guess go here if you like being talked down to for asking a question on anything

The literal only awful Dairy Queen I've ever been to. The last 3 out of 4 times I've ordered something, they're always out of a main ingredient. Cone sizes are SIGNIFICANTLY less than other locations. I need to order a medium here for most normal smalls. This last time I ordered a Blizzard that's supposed to have a marshmallow center and there was zero marshmallow in it. Got stuck in the drive-thru last time for almost 20 minutes (not exaggerating) with 2 cars in front of me on a Wednesday night and there was no apology from the staff or anything and ice cream was half melted. I'm finally done at 4 negative experiences out of the last 5 visits.

Waited 45 minutes inside for a 4 piece chicken tender with fry’s & bread. Bread was like rubber fry’s were cold. Worse experience I ever had at fast food. I will never go to this location again. The lady behind me left with out her food it was taking so long she had a two hour drive to go. And she already paid for it.
