dont recommend goin here and sitting on the west side of building. the waitresses on that side didn't feel like working, sat there for 15 mins and didn't even get to order drinks. no service..
We went there with a group of 9. My daughter ordered a burger melt. It arrived with no burger in it. The waitress was very helpful, but the cook told her it was her problem that she put the order in wrong . The waitress offered my daughter the correct sandwich, but they refused to make it. After getting the receipt with her wrong sandwich still on it, I had to go above the waitress to get the sandwich taken off my bill. Was NOT a good customer experience.
We just sat at the bar and honestly had the best experience we have ever had . The day time bartender was nice, kind, had recommendations, was chatty but appropriately so, and was busy doing all the things when not serving.. it was so pleasurable I can’t wait to go back.
