In total, I've order pizza from here 3 times..All three times I've ordered pizza, I've received it over cooked despite asking for normal cooked on the app.The first time, I thought nothing of it.. It's whatever, it happens sometimes.The second time, I was a little upset as this has already happened once before. I did leave a review through the email, then reached out. But that was that.The third time, I decided I would be done ordering from there. I also reached out, they said they would make it better next time..I have ordered from both the Saline location and Milan location with no issues. So I'm not sure if this is an oven issue on Dundees part.Did I eat my pizza each time? Yes.Was I happy? No.Will I order from there again after 3 over cooked pizzas? No.

My sister and I had a few drinks tonight and wanted some cinnamon bread to go home and “veg out” on the couch because we are 30 year olds and don’t have any friends. Tyler J was SO nice and pleasant. He brought our bread out to our car 10/10 great customer service and by the smell of this bread I know it’s going to be yum. Thanks for the great experience Tyler!

Hungry Howie's is my favorite place to order pizza from in Dundee! Far better than Tiffany's, and Rivers edge doesn't deliver. The subs are the best, they're pretty much a calzone. I usually get the pizza one, and they're so big you will have leftovers. I typically choose delivery, and my orders have always been correct. Best part is they will leave it at your door so they don't have to see you in your pajamas lol I've been inside the store a few times. It's always clean and staff is friendly. I believe there is a few tables if you chose to eat there, or if you're waiting for your food.

My first time ever hearing of this place and decided to give it a try. The woman who took our order was helpful when I was asking questions. The pizza took a bit longer than started, but when it came out it was piping hot. The crust ( garlic) was amazing. The pizza itself was great, but if not for the crust it would have been just normal pizza. Well definitely have it again if I'm ever near one.

I've always had a pleasant experience with this hungry Howie's. Tonight was one of the best.We ordered delivery. I happen to ask if my second pizza sauce was in the order (my child eats more sauce than breadstick.) He realized he didn't have it and went all the way back, then brought me my sauce with a smile on his face the whole time.Thank you Gavin.It's been one of my families worst weeks. Something so lil and kind was wonderful!

I get all the way home to find out that they gave me the wrong pizza. It was basically all bread. Horrible. I decided to just delete the hungry howies app and move on with my life. I’ll never go back to any location.

Food was good, customer service not so much. Came in to pickup an order I placed through doordash, the employee at the counter was confused about the doordash pickup, but still kind. Another employee (maybe a manager?) stepped in presumably to help, but was rude to me and held up a finger to me when I tried to speak to her. Corrected the employee in a very rude way right in front of me and made us both uncomfortable. No way to treat employees or customers in my opinion.
