Iwould give this location 0 stars if possible. Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody there to take my order, pulled up to the window no employees in sight 5:45 pm. Also their online ordering is not working either, we drove 20 minutes from Tecumseh to be highly disappointed.
Got the new turkey barbecue sub got home too just a little bit of turkey, I'm done with these franchise sub shops can't actually make a sub looks like the picture thank you for wasting my money last time with Jimmy John's whatever was making subs last night needs to be fired

Love Jimmy John subs but have new health issues so ordered the sub done in a wrap. Just pulled out to find that after clearly explaining what was needed and receiving confirmation from the server, I had a sub bun instead of a wrap.If I was not on my way to an appointment , I would have turned around and taken it back. So disappointing. Won’t be back to this location.

Freaky slow.. my order has been ‘out for delivery’ for 30 mins.. my wrap will most likely be soggy. Don’t take multiple deliveries if you can’t handle it or hire more staff.
