Love Jimmy John subs but have new health issues so ordered the sub done in a wrap. Just pulled out to find that after clearly explaining what was needed and receiving confirmation from the server, I had a sub bun instead of a wrap.If I was not on my way to an appointment , I would have turned around and taken it back. So disappointing. Won’t be back to this location.
Drove through Dundee and stopped for lunch. We were pleasantly greeted by a gentleman at the counter and another employee as well. The place was so clean and cheerful and had a back patio and dine in. The sandwiches were fresh and made so well. It was a nice experience.
Jimmy John's typically has a very good aroma when you walk in, and this location was no different. The service was very patient with our order, and everything was done quickly as usual. I got the #6 Veggie with added onions, and it was an excellent choice.
