If I could give less than a star I would. I waited over 15 min at the Deli (not the first time I've had to wait), I finally got a manager the girl I deli was new. She ignored me when I said excuse me I need help. The manager had her wait on me and she said she couldn't understand me. I speak English. I understand I'm short and a lot of times I don't get seen but to be treated as rudely as I was today I'll go somewhere else the manager never even apologized

Let me start by saying that this store is n business only because they are the only grocery in the area. If Meijer or anyone else opened a store in Dundee, Kroger would quickly go out of business. Let me list just some of the complaints: -They don't stock shelves to make it convenient for customers. If you don’t read the small print you get over charged. If you don’t check your receipt, you get over charged. Then you show them and they act like your lying. They seem to always be out of whatever is on sale and even today, they messed up and I proved it by taking a picture yet still had to go check and as I’m checking out, I heard them bad mouthing me. As much as I hate Meijer, if one came to town, I’d go there!
