Really wanted Mexican food since everything has been closed due to quarantine. I’ve only lived in the area for about 6 months and still haven’t tried La Fiesta since moving here. The customer service was great! The ordering process was so simple and the lady on the phone was super nice. Went to pick up my food and had another great experience with the person who cashed me out. However, eating my food.... was the problem. It wasn’t authentic, it was very Americanized Mexican....
The food was amazing as always. Service, seems to be getting worse. Might I suggest not getting seated in basement. Everytime we do it's like you are forgotten. Today we received our sour cream AFTER our meals were finished. Kudos to man who came down to check on us or we wouldn't have had drinks for our meal. If we didn't love the food there, we wouldn't frequent.
We had a really good time eating at the La Fiesta restaurant in Dundee. We all were pleased with our meals and drinks. I ordered a ground beef chimichunga and it was flavored really well along with the the spanish rice and refried beans. It is in a beautiful part of Dundee and was a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend to try if in the Dundee area.
