Waited at the drive thru window for almost 30 minutes for 3 easy meals. Worst McDonald experience ever!!!

So I had posted a review a week ago giving them a batter than average score. However going there today and the other day and used curbside pickup. I literally waited 15 minutes and saw cars go through the drive thru while I was waiting and left before I even got my food. Not to mention the food was NOT hot and that's frustrating.. If you're gonna take care of Drive thru first and make me wait at least make sure my food is hot preferably fresh since I did have to wait so long.. Like what the hay..

Filthy, no ice and took forever to get food. Had to take chairs for 4 off of 3 tables to be able to sit my 2 elderly parents with us. Servers too busy with something else to take care of those in the lobby.

This place is very frustrating. The wait is always long. And sometimes they ignore one of the drive thru speakers altogether.
One time I arrived here after placing my order through the app. I pull up to the second speaker, and nothing. 5 cars go through the first one, and no one is answering mine. Frustrated, I back up, and go to the first speaker. Then more cars arrive at the second speaker, and then magically that one is working and I'm being ignored again. It felt like it was done on purpose. Finally after 9 cars got in front of me that shouldn't have, someone finally got on the speaker I was at. The most frustrating thing ever.
The one caveat though is generally the fries from this location are extremely fresh and hot and salted perfectly.

So before I post this. If this nap person has a disability and cannot Stand up I apologize. Went through the drive through. Girl at the window made me lean all the way to her then used the marker (for fake bills and checking 100s) on a 20 dollar bill. Then would not even stand up to give me my change I had to open my truck door to get my change. Super unprofessional

Didn't get food, just used the bathroom... 3 stalls in the women's..1 out of order, 1 out of toilet paper with sanitary napkins sitting out, last was was filthy with toilet paper everywhere!

The two managers (one in red and one in green) hanging out at tables while the counter and drive thru get destroyed and there are no clean tables is the wildest thing I’ve ever seen in a service environment.
