Absolutely awful. They were cleaning the frappe machine during peak lunch hours. The kiosk wouldn't take cards. Got 2 regular hamburgers and one had 3 onions, the other had 5. And aren't regular hamburgers/cheeseburgers supposed to have ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles? No mustard. And the employee's are rude amd nasty. ALWAYS awful at this location. Y'all need to fire everyone or send em all back to train again.

So I had posted a review a week ago giving them a batter than average score. However going there today and the other day and used curbside pickup. I literally waited 15 minutes and saw cars go through the drive thru while I was waiting and left before I even got my food. Not to mention the food was NOT hot and that's frustrating.. If you're gonna take care of Drive thru first and make me wait at least make sure my food is hot preferably fresh since I did have to wait so long.. Like what the hay..

Filthy, no ice and took forever to get food. Had to take chairs for 4 off of 3 tables to be able to sit my 2 elderly parents with us. Servers too busy with something else to take care of those in the lobby.
