Staff was trying their best but seemed overwhelmed. A few things were forgotten or unavailable but I caught it abs they quickly rectified. Wait time was long though and the fries were especially cold/soggy.
We come in every Wednesday after my son gets out of school so he can play at the playplace. Food is always hot and delicious, staff is friendly and waiting to take orders, and lobby is clean! The late morning/lunch crew does a great job at this location!
Always clean and orderly, folks are always friendly, food is always made to order fresh. I can always count on this crew to make my food correct the first time. I always ask for things to be fresh, even if that means a wait at drive thru, they accommodate my needy self.
