So I had posted a review a week ago giving them a batter than average score. However going there today and the other day and used curbside pickup. I literally waited 15 minutes and saw cars go through the drive thru while I was waiting and left before I even got my food. Not to mention the food was NOT hot and that's frustrating.. If you're gonna take care of Drive thru first and make me wait at least make sure my food is hot preferably fresh since I did have to wait...
Didn't get food, just used the bathroom... 3 stalls in the women's..1 out of order, 1 out of toilet paper with sanitary napkins sitting out, last was was filthy with toilet paper everywhere!
Staff was trying their best but seemed overwhelmed. A few things were forgotten or unavailable but I caught it abs they quickly rectified. Wait time was long though and the fries were especially cold/soggy.
