Walked in and ordered it in person. Best pizza we've had in years. I dislike their new call in system at Papa John's. I want someone local, not from around the globe, to order a pizza from!

Such terrible customer service. Whatever you order is never ready when they say it is. This has happened multiple times. I’ll get there when they tell me my pizza is ready and I want him them make it and put it in the oven. Again multiple times this has happened and they don’t care. Never going back.

Friend ask me to pick her pizza for her and she call the pizza at around 430 to be pick up at 615 I got there at 615 and it wasn't ready went to the Chinese restaurant next door and within 15 min my food was ready figure her was ready at 630 went to pick it up and still not ready. They should let you k on when you order that it takes 1 hr for pick up.

WORST SERVICE, LIARS WORK HERE. Ordered Pizza online. My address is saved on the account. My phone number is saved on the account. Ordered the pizza at around 6PM.The pizza tracker notified me that it was on it's way. Call once to check on the pizza and they say it's on it's way. At around 7:40 I call again and they claim that my apartment number was not on the order, which is an obvious disprovable lie.I went online to be sure, and my account clearly shows my FULL address. They claim that they called me three times and it went to voice mail. This was ALSO an easily disprovable lie. I asked them what number they called and they gave me a phone number that I have never had in my life.I am the only one who uses this account. At this point my kids are supposed to be getting ready for bed. They offer to send the driver out to deliver the food. They will not cook new food. I point out that by the time they get there my food will be almost 2 hours old. They say they are "sorry". They would not refund me, and would only drive back and deliver two hour old pizza to me. And lied about why I was not getting my food.Will never order from here again.

I just love the pizza. The lady in charge at Dundee is so nice and fun. She always remembers us. Even after they were having trouble with pandemic, not seeing us she remembered. Great place. Wish they would get beer back to have with pizza.

Are used to get this when I was on the army base. I forgot that when I ask for extra sauce they already have extra sauce going on. I love this pizza I was so excited to get it ?

Pizza is OK when they get the order right. One time they forgot one of my toppings another time they didn't make my pizza and then rushed it when I showed up. And the rushed pizza wasn't well done as requested. I was told they would add a free large three topping pizza to my account. I called to collect on that free pizza and no mention of it in my account. Was never a big fan of Papa John's pizza but the choices are limited in Dundee so I kept giving this place chances. Not any more. Tiffany's Pizza or River's Edge Pizza only for me from here on out.

This is the worst pizza place ever! terrible service, terrible food. I found Bugs and hair in my pizza yet they would do nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Some prices have gone up quite a bit dont go near as offen as we use to. Personally not a fan of the stuffed crust and its their big push atm. Seems to depend on whos working on quality. Some times better than others.
