We stop here a few times a month for coffee and breakfast and most of the time the food is cold and stale. Today my English muffin was so hard I couldn't eat it. I love Tim Hortons but I would avoid this location if you like your food fresh.

I ordered a HOT latte and received it COLD, not room temperature but colder than, served in a hot cup! Unfortunately, I couldn't address the issue on site because I was already on the freeway to begin my travels. Saturday, 12/27/25, 8:30am staff get it together!

The bathroom I couldn't wait to get out of there. I thought I was in a horror movie. Definitely needs an upgrade. I would not have let my daughter go in there by herself.

I could literally taste mold in the bagel I ordered, I asked for toasted and they gave me day Old, hard and funny smelling and tasting. What a disappointment when you're hungry just before work, and you have to throw it in the trash

Absolutely terrible breakfast. I've never had TH breakfast before, and will try my best to avoid in future. I ordered the sausage egg biscuit combo. I asked at window for strawberry jam. She said they don't serve jam or jelly anymore. What? Biscuit was dry, flavorless, unseasoned. Hashbrown was freezer burned. Do yourself a favor and eat any other option available to you.
