Everytime we come here in the evening hours the "latte" machine isn't available or it's "broke" tonight they have us a hard time trying to order bagels at 7pm saying it was too late. Serive is terrible here in the evenings.... worst Tim Hortons around.

I had a very tasty sandwich and chips. After going through the drive-thru and realizing that I didn’t get the drink that comes with the meal or a receipt, I went aside and let the cashier know. She seemed suspicious and asked a few questions, eventually finding the receipt and then giving me the drink and receipt. It would have been nice if she had acknowledged that a mistake had been made and an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I felt as if she thought I was inconveniencing her.

The owner of this store is beyond ridiculous. He is rude. He is selfish. He does not understand customer service. He does not need to be in the service industry whatsoever and none of his workers need to be there either. They need to shut this door down and start over. This is an embarrassment to Tim Hortons and, I will never spend a dollar there again and I spend $10 a day there it may not make a difference to you guys, but it makes a difference to me and someone else will get my money and you won’t unbelievable

Don’t recommend, not great service. Told my friend “It’s a 6 dollar drink and you want me to make it again” when the drink was not made correctly. Does this sound like something you say to a loyal customer? No it does not and it shouldn’t be.
