Been here a few times usually no issues. Today I ordered a bagel, frozen hot chocolate, and six donuts. They give me the bagel and drink first I pull out the bagel from the packaging as I wait for the donuts and right in the middle there’s a hair. I immediately get the lady through the window and tell her about the hair and show her no apologies or nothing. She tells what in assuming is the manager (older guy) he says to just make a new one. They were very unkind about it… like sorry I don’t want who knows hair in my food that I paid for.. really turned me off in going back there. I work customer service and never would handle it the way they did

Quick stop got the strawberry coconut refresher my friend got a butter pecan coffee but it was regular coffee we did not turn back to get what we ordered.

Always had friendly service here until this morning, the person who took my order was a tad abrasive and the girl at the window was awful, hopefully this is an isolated incident because up until today I've always had happy service.

Horrible drive thru service whenever the older guy with accent is working! He’s an absolute jerk and scam artist. Avoid this location if you can.

Everytime we come here in the evening hours the "latte" machine isn't available or it's "broke" tonight they have us a hard time trying to order bagels at 7pm saying it was too late. Serive is terrible here in the evenings.... worst Tim Hortons around.
A really wonderful staff. They took the time to make fresh Redwing donuts for us to take on our road trip home, so very gracious of them.

I had a very tasty sandwich and chips. After going through the drive-thru and realizing that I didn’t get the drink that comes with the meal or a receipt, I went aside and let the cashier know. She seemed suspicious and asked a few questions, eventually finding the receipt and then giving me the drink and receipt. It would have been nice if she had acknowledged that a mistake had been made and an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I felt as if she thought I was inconveniencing her.
