I swear their coffee is addictive!!! Lol, it Taste sooo good! I've been craving it since i tried it last month! Had to have it to start my day! I'm mad I don't have one nowhere near me in Cleveland! Sucks! This location was drive thru only. There was a lot of cars in line, but it goes really fast!

I go here pretty often as there isn't many coffee places in town. I normally order ahead through the app. I like to order a double sausage breakfast wrap (and most of the time they put sausage and bacon on it instead). My fiance likes to order the same thing but with no egg. Most of the time, they do take off the egg but they still will put sausage and bacon. This annoys me for the fact they have read our order and not put egg on his wrap, yet don't give the double sausage. I really don't care enough to write a review but today was a little more annoying. We ordered a 6 pack of doughnuts and only received 5 and they were all thrown into a bag instead of a box. I'm sure that the staff is busy, maybe they're low staffed, I'm not sure, but I just wish that the quality of their service would improve.

As a Canadian expat, I was truly expecting to have an old-fashioned Timmy's coffee. What is Tim Hortons done with their coffee ingredients! McDonald's coffee is now better than Tim Hortons. Whoever would have thought it?

average but not horrible,my coffee was lukewarm, pretty weak and roast subpar but better than a gas station i suppose. the snacks were not fresh nor stale. the sevice was neither pleasant or unpleasant.. it was so mundane it was mysterious haha ?

Google says yall are open at 4am. I got there at 550, sat there for 6 or 7 minutes, called got told it doesn't open till 6 and nothing is set up and I can't order, the drive thru menu was on as well, if you don't open till 6 then change your hours

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a medium Oreo ice Capp and a small red velvet cold brew. The cold brew was awful. It was extremely bitter and tasted like soap. The ice Capp was good until it was about half gone then I realized there was something in my drink. It was a large piece of plastic (picture attached). It was absolutely disgusting. Now I wonder how they make the drinks because how does someone not notice a large piece of plastic when preparing an order. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they seamed not to care and said “there is no managers here now but I will let a manager know when I see one” and hung up on me.

Bought a egg cheese and bacon biscuit as well as a blueberry muffin. The biscuit and egg were cold. Yes cold no heat at all. Threw away. At least they didn't screw up the muffin.
