This was the fastest fast food I’ve ever had! In and out of the drive through in under 5 minutes and the lady taking orders was so kind and cheery.

My dad used to take me here every Friday, and the last three Friday’s they completely ignored us on purpose, saw us, and never gave us our food. Most recently, they saw us and they were eating breakfast even though they were open, they need to get better employees.

It amazes me how many different ways you can screw up a crispy chicken blt with no lettuce or tomato... this is the last time. The food is always cold and the drive through takes way too long. At least a Culver's will open up nearby soon.

I asked to dine in. However my food was not put on a tray like the people before me. Not a huge deal. I did not get sauce like I asked. The ice machine was broken and my drink was warm. The pop machine was gross and not cleaned off. The station where the lids and other items were was not clean and had sticky stuff all over it. I can understand messes happen. However, I was here when they opened so I don’t know why it wasn’t clean.

They call this fast food? Why the heck does it take half an hour to order 6 chicken nuggets and a frosty? Then the cashier threw away my receipt (claiming it didn't print, when I clearly saw it) so I couldn't fill out their survey. So I'll drop this review here.

Food was fast and fresh. Customer service was above and beyond. Each employee was truly friendly and welcoming which made for a typical fast food family stop enjoyable!!!

Ice cream machine was not cold enough and we received slop. Apparently the printer and computer were down so they refused to give us a receipt. They were not being very charitable either.

No line when we went inside around 1pm yesterday. 2 cars at the drive thru. My sister and brother-in-law ordered first, #1 combo, and chicken tender combo. We then ordered, #1 and jr cheese burger. Then the people behind us ordered, and apparently the cashier didn't do something right because the manager took over. At this point it's been about 6 minutes after we ordered, and none of us received our food though tenders and burgers were lined up on the food counter. Then the people behind us started complaining they weren't rang up correctly. Manager again comes over while scolding the cashier, who disappeared. Manager does whatever with the complainers order and begins bagging an order. By now it's been 15 minutes. She proceeds to give the food to the complainers and sends them on their way. This included Chicken tenders! Then tells my sister it will be another 5 minutes before there will be more tenders. No apologies, just surly. All it takes is an apology, not hard, but this manager wasn't interested. I got our food after almost 20 minutes and left. Needless to say but lukewarm at best. I would skip this Wendy's and try one of the other restaurants.

One of the dirtiest restraunts I have ever stepped foot in. Didn't even order any food, I walked in and right back out after realizing how bad the place smelled. This place needs to be shut down.

Only one person waiting for food inside when I ordered a burger and 4 piece nuggets. One other person ordered after me. Then a couple ladies did an online order and said it was wrong. Manager came twice to fix it. Told them there was a four minute wait for nuggets. But less than a minute later she handed them their food. After 16 minutes the guy that ordered behind me got his food and the manager said have a nice day in a snotty tone because she knew he was irritated even tho he didn’t say anything. A minute later she handed me my food and didn’t say anything. By this time there was a line into the restaurant seating area. Because she told the gal not to take any more orders until the others got their food. There appeared to be plenty of people working. At least the food was hot.

We went through the drive thru. We ordered single cheese no onion and we had onion on both sandwiches. The food was over salted and COLD. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! Ordered a salad was my fav at one point the parmesan Caesar salad can in a tin little container and barely any lettuce !! Never coming here again and called to complain only for her to be rude and try and tell me it was the same size what a Joke

After waiting 20 minutes, the fries were nasty and the smallest portion possible for Baconator Fries. The Baconator burger literally had no bacon or sauce—just two huge, dry, nasty patties. Don’t come here and waste youre money.
