We stopped in after a game. Honestly, we were there because it was open and our sweaty players needed a restroom stop and clean hands. The players were curious about the saucy nuggets, so we ordered 20 to split a couple of ways as we had dinner plans in 40 minutes. I used the drive-thru around 8 pm to order a Frosty. Unlike McDonald's, the ice cream machine was working, and I received my Frosty from a very nice lady within minutes of ordering. This is how fast food is supposed to work.
Definitely hit or miss. The first time I went to get the Garlic Parm Saucy Nuggs they were amazing and had plenty of sauce. This time there was very little sauce (did not even cover half of them). Also it took about 25 minutes the 2 cars and me to get served (which is normally how long it take them), and when I was served there no good customer service the women did not even say “hi or have a good day” and basically threw my food out to me.
