I loved this dirty little Chinese place but the health department didn't. They're currently closed due to health code violations. Even if they reopen, that might have killed their business.

Not a bad place. Reasonably priced, decent food and portions are pretty big. I've gone here for at least 10 years and haven't had a bad experience. Their General Tsos is really good

**China House Review**
I went to China House, you see, On Monroe Road, in Durand, MI. It isn't much to look at, no, But the food was good, and the staff said hello.
On Christmas Eve, we needed a meal, To celebrate my birthday, it was a big deal. Chinese restaurants open on holidays, it's true, And China House was open, just for me and you.
We dined in, though it was quite a feat, For the containers were packed with so much to eat. Chicken on top, rice and veggies below, Eating at home, this would be no woe.
The locals came in, they knew what was best, China House in Durand, it passed the test. Friendly employees and food galore, We'll be back for more, that's for sure!

Parking: Located in a strip mall, plenty of parking!
The food is very over cooked. It didn't taste right. We will not be back. Ever. It's worth the drive elsewhere, anywhere else.

General Tso's Chicken (could be a touch spicier in my personal opinion) from this place is great, so is the sweet and sour chicken and beef lo mein! I've eaten in the place before, nothing to write home about; small, clean. Cooks and cashier are friendly.

Absolutely the worst "food" I have EVER purchased! Not one item of mine nor my husband's was edible. Even the dogs refused to eat anything! I can't believe I wasted money at that place. I gave it a second chance and I definitely shouldn't have.
