Tonight: Combination Fish(wet batter) and Shrimp with Onion Rings. I have tried the dry fish and the fries. Not a complicated menu, which means you expect some basic skills preparing about 6 items. All things done well, REAL WELL! The cole slaw is pretty darn good, also. Pick-up waiting reminds me of real "sit down" Friday Fish Fries.
