I’ve given this Little Caesars in Durand multiple chances, and it keeps getting worse. On more than one occasion, we’ve been given pizza with hair baked into it, which is absolutely unacceptable and a major health concern.
On top of that, the staff is consistently rude and unprofessional. There’s no sense of customer service at all—questions or concerns are met with attitude instead of help.
The lack of professionalism is obvious in other ways too. I’ve seen employees working without uniforms, including wearing dresses, which doesn’t inspire confidence in cleanliness or standards. Even more concerning, there has been a young child behind the counter, which is completely inappropriate and unsafe for a food service environment.
This location clearly does not follow basic food safety or professional standards. I would not recommend eating here unless serious changes are made.

The hot and ready pizza we just bought looks disgusting! It looks like no one can make a simple pizza and bake it anymore. Have the pizza doesn't even have any cheese on it let alone sauce. I'm not feeding this to my family!

Yeah said we wanted more than 2 zap packs and gave us 3 trying to be smart asses.
Pizzas were all under cooked and doughy cheese was barely melted. Normally pretty good place last trip not so much

I ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza with five toppings. The green peppers I got about four of them on the entire pizza and only on one side. The ham, mushrooms, and black olives were scattered and clumped together. The pepperoni was good, but I expect to have each topping on every single piece of pizza. In addition, it was ready on time, but it was not cooked all the way through. I had to put it in the oven at home to get it cooked, so I wasn't eating raw dough.

Ordered online to get over cooked bread with a pizza where all the toppings were thrown in the middle, and once again over cooked. We will go else where it’s not ever worth the price of the pizza
Wings have shrunk to be dinky little things. No size choices on pizzas. Eliminated healthy salads from their menu. Eliminated in-house delivery people and only use DoorDash, so someone has to drive out from the nearest big city (20 minutes) when the LCP store is only 5 minutes down the road. We wait an hour for delivery. No longer a customer. Plenty of other options for pizza, even in a small town.
