They focus on drive thru and let the front counter suffer. No one says a word while you stand there wondering if the front counter is even open. Bad management, short staffed and average food quality.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The service is absolutely horrible. Every time I go to this McDonald’s it’s either missing part of my order or it takes more than 10 minutes to get my food and still possibly miss some of the order.
This morning I had gotten two drinks one for me and one for my wife. When I got to the window to receive my drinks they told me to pull ahead. That was fine because there were people ahead of me that still didn’t get their order yet. But I kept waiting and waiting seeing the people ahead of me get their meals, which is fine. But what really bothered me is that there was four cars behind me that got their food and drinks at the window. I should’ve gotten my drinks by now. It is just drinks. There is no reason I should wait 20 minutes pulled ahead just for drinks.
This is a horrible place to go and I despise every time I go here. It is not worth it. They will mess up your order or take forever for simple orders and do them out of order so your food and drink aren’t as fresh.
Edit: This McDonald’s makes me miss being closer to the one in Owosso. They have better leadership and the workers there are a lot friendlier and a lot better workers.
