The burger was pretty well built, in the sense, they took care of doing it right, with full of lettuce and onions. They even asked whether my food was ok. It normally happens at restaurants.

Worst McDonalds ever!!!! Food is barely warm and every car has to be pulled into a reserved spot to wait for their food and no one is even here!!!! Every time I come here!

Came in and used the kiosk but couldn't pay at the kiosk cause I guess it is broken so had to pay at the register đ. Kinda defeats the purpose. Then I was getting ketchup and the dispensers are both empty so I go to the register again and ask for ketchup and tell them that the dispensers are not working and the lady helping goes yeah I think they haven't been working for awhile. There is no out of order sign on them or on the kiosk. And the lady which I think was the manager on duty didn't really seem to care.

Considering im a blonde, finding a long black curly hair in my untouched fries was crazy. Wait wasn't bad, but need to be wearing proper work apparel and hair nets before I would go back.

I would leave a negative star if I could! I have never been treated with such disrespect at a fast food place and I grew up in Flint! Took forever when I was told to pull forward and wait for fresh food. Which is fine if I didn't wait for 30 minutes as people pull out one after another before my food is ever made! When I went in to find out the manager insisted on being rude and argumentative! told me to never come back!

Every time I come here even if itâs a small order like 1 mchicken I have to go into the reserved parking and wait for my food, what ever happen to fast food? I have to wait up to 20+ minutes every time I come here but other locations are just fine.

Went through the drive through and the service was okay, but the food was absolutely stale. I would like my money back but $26.67 lost isn't worth it. Don't eat here.
If you are going to be going through the drive through, be prepared to wait 10-15+ minutes for your food (even small orders.). I donât think Iâve ever been to this McDonaldâs and not been told to pull ahead and wait, even on not busy days. I ordered a burger and a fry, to no surprise when they delivered it to my parked car, the food was of course cold, âfreshâ out of the bag. Of course this wouldnât be an issue if it was maybe a one time thing over a span of time, but this is a repeated issue, for YEARS! Save your money and eat somewhere else. This location is a joke and does not value your time or money!!!!!

This establishment was in Durand and I ordered the 10 pc meal with 4 coffees and a lg unsweetened tea. When we received our order the fries were cold and we told the young man this then he proceeded to eat the fries

Ordered a BLACK coffee and they gave me a cup that was 3/4 full of hot orange milk. When we took it back she just dumped the orange milk out and filled it up with coffee. Teach your employees about cross contamination!!!!
