I felt like this location has an unfair number of negative reviews. Stopped for breakfast. Lobby was a little messy but it was also VERY busy. We used the kiosk for ordering and our food came out quickly and HOT. Friendly employees.
I hate leaving a bad review because all of the staff have been very nice everytime I have come here however this is the slowest mcdonalds in the area. I was waiting for over 10 minutes with an empty store the other day. It’s the closest mcdonalds to me so theres no point in driving the extra just because of the service time but them being that slow is just irritating.
Service is always slow. Thought fast food was supposed to be quick. I remember how fast and accurate the orders used to be and now they act like they have no clue what they are doing. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day you go there. May as well plan on spending 15 to 20 minutes in drive thru alone. Insides even worse. The point of fast good is to get in and get out to continue the day.
