Barely got waited on this evening.was in there a half hour! My ride outside called to see what was going on! Why taking so long because it wasn't busy!Had to ask if they could please check me out just so I could pay! I had to get going! Wasted 7 dollars. Couldn't put spinach leaf on my sub Because the directions said it didn't come with it 😂or mayo ? coughing and farting while making it!?! Had to just throw it away. Didn't even open it. YUCK 🤮 not going back. The other people did not look happy either with the service tonight.😝

It took quite a bit of time to get our food which was understandable. The management needs to rethink their priorities as they only had one young lady there working by herself. She did excellent but management should care about her safety. There should be a minimum of two people on staff at all open hours.

Ordered online. I have never had such a messy sandwich. It tasted ok but the whole thing was falling apart. The paper soaked & ripped so everything was falling everywhere.

Got a salad 2 subs, cookies, chips and drinks from here, didn't receive our drinks had to go back to get them, also didn't receive our cookies or chips but didn't realize until we got home. My salad was terrible they didn't cut up any of the toppings I got a BMT salad with WHOLE pieces of deli meats and cheese and no knives to even cut it myself. Seriously terrible.

10-15 minutes ago. One guy in front of me we’re standing by the counter for almost 10 minutes and the lady making the sandwiches behind the counter never even acknowledge that we were there. PAID no attention at all to us. It doesnt rake more then 2 seconds to say ill be right with you. I wonder why their rating is only a 3.2. I hope the rating goes down to zero. Dont waste your money here they dont give two craps about customers.

Everytime I come here before 10 they are always closed or the doors are locked. If it closes early, that's fine but yall need to change yalls times then. Stop wasting people's time
