Everytime I come here before 10 they are always closed or the doors are locked. If it closes early, that's fine but yall need to change yalls times then. Stop wasting people's time

They need to give the one girl who is the only person working a raise and get more people in to work. It's been a couple times I have come in and she is working the lunch rush and she did great staying calm and trying her best to get through in store customers, online orders and the drive thru customers. She said she has only been there for a few weeks now but she is doing great. Smiling and staying positive even when she has a ton of people.

Placed order at 7~ pm last night, went to pick it up at 8:15 and the store was closed and still is. Kinda crappy to leave your POS running so people can still place orders when you close early.

If it were possible this would be a zero star review. I usually don’t post reviews as I don’t believe it’s fair to potentially hurt a business for just one negative experience and I don’t fault the employees but the management at this establishment is horrendous and has been consistently so since we moved here over three years ago. I’ve placed online orders a few times when it turns out they’re closed during their normal business hours. You pay for the order and don’t ever get refunded. Their hours are never consistent and there’s only ever one employee there at a time on what lately seems to be the very rare occasion they are open. There’s also an unusually high employee turnover rate even for a fast food chain. It’s quite unfortunate as this is the healthiest fast food option in the immediate area.

The food was alright, it wasn’t entirely what I ordered. It came shredded up all funny, I would show you guys the picture but I don’t think you’d believe me. The employees seemed very inconvenienced that I came in, and it just made the whole situation awkward. I think maybe they should send someone from headquarters over to this place cause they’re creating a bad name for subway. Please just shut this place down if you are not going to take accountability subway.

This is how my sandwich came, not what I ordered, not toasted, the employees don’t seem to care anytime they mess up. Every time I go into this place I seem to have a problem. They really need to look into some new management, I’m also questioning if they even have management. This place seems to be run by a bunch of vigilantes who take pride in making the most disgusting sandwich humanly possible. I thought subway was a better food chain than this, highly disappointing no one can toast a sandwich.

I typically don’t have issues with this subway but lately it has been one person working at a time and that’s completely unfair to the people working, especially around lunch time. I went in at 1pm with a couple online orders, and didn’t leave until 1:30 because there is one person taking all orders and making all food. I don’t care that it took a while for my food to come out, i get it, but it’s unnecessary and unfair that one person is working through all of it. Either have more than one person or close.

Restaurant was dirty. Employees (3 females) were discussing all of the UTI's they had. 🤢 The churro was incredibly stale. Restroom was filthy.

I tend not to pull in and order at lunchtime because they can be a bit slow. Not a big deal or reason for the 1 star. When I do pull in today, there is no one in line and only 2 customers on the inside. I get excited thinking I will have my lunch in no time. Instead, I watch 1 worker slowly walk back with a trash can and another one come out for a smoke break. Neither seemed excited to help and was not greeted over the loud speaker after a few minutes, so decided I would go somewhere else. As I drove past the drive thru window and building, I gave the 2 workers a sarcastic thumbs up. Yes a thumbs up. So I pull into the gas station next door to grab some pizza and one of these fantastic workers has the audacity to to point, mock and laugh at my thumbs up. Based on the recent reviews, will there be a Subway for sale in the near future? At least some job openings?
