Placed a mobile order here on 3 separate occasions. Other than the size and type of bread, the rest of the order has been completely wrong every time.
10-15 minutes ago. One guy in front of me we’re standing by the counter for almost 10 minutes and the lady making the sandwiches behind the counter never even acknowledge that we were there. PAID no attention at all to us. It doesnt rake more then 2 seconds to say ill be right with you. I wonder why their rating is only a 3.2. I hope the rating goes down to zero. Dont waste your money here they dont give two craps about customers.

Worst sub ever, bread was rock hard
It's a subway. Only one employee when I visited and they were doing their best. Other than that, it's a subway.

I called 3 times and for 10 minutes straight all the phone did was ring. This is at 3:31 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. That is absolutely inexcusable!
Had a great chicken salad wrap
every time we go there they are out of something 12/18 /24 out of chicken and both sauces for there premium subs always only 1 employee there

Everytime I come here before 10 they are always closed or the doors are locked. If it closes early, that's fine but yall need to change yalls times then. Stop wasting people's time
They need to give the one girl who is the only person working a raise and get more people in to work. It's been a couple times I have come in and she is working the lunch rush and she did great staying calm and trying her best to get through in store customers, online orders and the drive thru customers. She said she has only been there for a few weeks now but she is doing great. Smiling and staying positive even when she has a ton of people.

Placed order at 7~ pm last night, went to pick it up at 8:15 and the store was closed and still is. Kinda crappy to leave your POS running so people can still place orders when you close early.

If it were possible this would be a zero star review. I usually don’t post reviews as I don’t believe it’s fair to potentially hurt a business for just one negative experience and I don’t fault the employees but the management at this establishment is horrendous and has been consistently so since we moved here over three years ago. I’ve placed online orders a few times when it turns out they’re closed during their normal business hours. You pay for the order and don’t ever get refunded. Their hours are never consistent and there’s only ever one employee there at a time on what lately seems to be the very rare occasion they are open. There’s also an unusually high employee turnover rate even for a fast food chain. It’s quite unfortunate as this is the healthiest fast food option in the immediate area.

The food was alright, it wasn’t entirely what I ordered. It came shredded up all funny, I would show you guys the picture but I don’t think you’d believe me. The employees seemed very inconvenienced that I came in, and it just made the whole situation awkward. I think maybe they should send someone from headquarters over to this place cause they’re creating a bad name for subway. Please just shut this place down if you are not going to take accountability subway.
