My cinnabons were cold and the staff was very rude. They were also playing very explicit and sexual songs on the speakers. I ended up leaving halfway through my meal because i just couldn’t take it.

The old manager there is something else, always has attitude when I get my food. Today I went to buy drinks and I’m just getting annoyed with the bot like always, didn’t swear once, just saying omg most the time and I get to the window and she’s telling me they can hear and I don’t have to cuss. If taco bell doesn’t do something about her attitude or the stupid ai. Ima tell my friends and family don’t go to the Durand Taco Bell.

Worst taco bell food ever. Multiple items not made right. My loaded beef nachos had barley any beef and super dry beans it looked gross. Steak Q. Had only 2 little pieces of steak on it and to much ranch sauce and my C cordita crunch barley had any beef. I won't ever be stopping there again

Workers talk for each other more than work. Prep is sloppy, tacos fall apart before you get them out of the wrapper. Wouldn't recommend sadly not many food options in Durand.

Wouldn't let me get my food cause I was on an electric bike called it a safety issue wouldn't let me speak with a manger and just overall rude when I showed back up in a car to redeem my order terrible service I wasn't even being mean I just asked for my food to be given to me just like a moped or motorcycle. its crazy how lazy ppl can be I used to work there to and they didn't care who came through ever..

Food was okay(even though two food items were missing in our order) but the lady taking the orders copped an attitude with me after about five minutes go by with no communication aside from the beginning when she said she was pulling up our online order. I get rushes are stressful but maybe communicate what’s going on to the people waiting in drive thru so they don’t think you’re ignoring them? Even say something as simple as, “Hey it’s just going to be a little bit longer. Sorry for the inconvenience” Overall, poor communication and very unprofessional!

Stopped here during road trip back home Staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, made sure I meant to order the vegetarian versions and checked in on customizations when ordering. Food was made very well too.
Staff helped everyone else out in the store and were very attentive. Bathrooms were also very clean. Be sure to stop by here on your way home

They made my food correctly! Coming from a big city in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a pretty big deal. Every detail was nice including the rest rooms. Good job!
Went through the drive thru and ordered the steak, egg and cheese crunch wrap this morning. The young lady at the window was very nice and that crunch wrap…. Oh my goodness! So good!!
