Horrible Service at night, no wonder why I have not went to this location in over a year and I live in town!! Only a few places to get food in durand, no wonder why McDonald's and Taco Bell gets all the business and there non stop lines unlike wendys when they never have anyone dining or going through drive through. This places needs some management and employees that want customers..
My family and I was happy to leave and go to mcdonalds and wait in there long drive through line!
The sign says hot crispy fries, the website says hot crispy fries. I got semi warm soft fries. Old fries. So to me that is a waste of my money. The burger was good. Disappointed
I ordered two double stack biggy bags. I upgraded one of the drinks to a large, a double dave’s large meal, a 10 piece honey, barbecue saucy nugget, and a cinnamon pull apart. That came out to $37.55. We look in the bags and we were missing the 10 piece nugget so we call up there and tell them you know this is what we’re missing and that we didn’t get a receipt. The manager decided to hang up on us so we drive back up there and talk to them in person and the manager thought it was funny because we couldn’t prove that what we got and what we paid for. She wouldn’t give us the corporate number or the district manager’s number.. And then she told us that we weren’t allowed in the store anymore and if we came back that she’d call the cops.
But what I think is funny is that everything that I got came out to $37.55 she’s telling me that she didn’t hear me say the 10 piece nugget… That doesn’t make any sense so we will not be customers to you guys anymore, and this is to the Durand Wendy’s. The two managers that were on shift tonight were horrible and rude.
Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes, not a word or peep from any employee, left without food or ever hearing anything so can’t review food.
Food is always hit or miss. I’ve had a burger with plastic in it before and the Staff never acts happy to see you.
Went through the drive through , they were very quick and nice . Food was good for a typical drive through bite .
Food is alright, service sucks, the cashier had an attitude the whole time. She was the one with red hair and glasses, her parents didn’t teach her right.

Last 2-3 times I’ve gone I got the wrong food. I shouldn’t have to check the bag and I HATE having to call and complain.
I used an offer and one reward. The scanner wasn’t working correctly so instead of asking me which offer I had (I could’ve shown them right on my phone) they just manually took off the item I had for the reward then over charged me. When I explained to them I had the offer selected for the free sandwich he said “sorry about that but hey at least you’ll have that reward for the next time” instead of correcting the amount I was charged. The point of using offers and rewards is to save .
I wasn’t given the choice to not be over charged.
Gentleman at pay window is very personable & friendly!
They got our food wrong and we went in for our replacement and 5hey were rude and the food was wrong agian and they won't give us our full order the Manger was the rudest of them all its not hard to listen to a customer
You know if it takes you an hour to fulfill a door dash order I kinda expect fresh food.
