They have lunch and dinner buffet's. Let the first dinner slide. But a second time NO!! Arrived at 5:30 and the dinner buffet wasn't set up again. Employee's were plentiful but not ambitious. Every table was filthy, had to ask to get a table washed and they cleaned the one table. Employee's standing around not doing anything in a filthy restaurant. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! They need some help that wants to take pride in their restaurant. The Gaylord bc Pizza is the best one around as far as customer service PERIOD!!!!!

First and last time I ever go to BC Ordered a pizza, was told it would be ready within the hour. Showed up 25 minutes later. Then they told me it was still in the queue to be made. They told me to come back in 25 minutes. I showed up in 30 and they still hasn’t even started making the pizza. Then I asked them just to deliver it once it’s finished and they said they couldn’t deliver because it was a small order. Thanks BC !!!

I went in on a Tuesday and they were swamped, probably because specialty pizzas are half off on Tuesdays. They were delicious!!
The newer building is beautiful! Outdoor seating, indoor games, lots of room and a delicious lunch buffet

Their hours says they’re open till 9 o’clock however, when you call there five minutes earlier, they tell you they can’t make a pizza on because they’re closing in five minutes or 10 minutes whatever and the guy was kind of stuttering on the phone trying to kill time so we just decided to go somewhere else and as far as we’re concerned, I’ll never eat there again. We did eat there all the time, very unprofessional.
