Our server tonight was Dana and oh my gosh was she phenomenal! She was very tentative, continuously asking us how we were doing, (not in a wouldn’t leave us alone kind of way lol). She definitely made us feel like we weren’t forgotten. The manager ended up telling us that she has only been here 2 weeks but you could NEVER tell! She is amazing ! If you go; and want fantastic service, ask for her! She was so great with our 4 year old too! Keep it up!

We’ve been going to this Applebees for a while now and I’ve got nothing but good things to say. We have had Adam S. as our server for the past few times and have had an amazing time with him each time. Coming from a customer service background, I was shocked on how amazing he consistently does. He always has a positive attitude, ensures we’re good on drinks, checks in on us, and goes above and beyond. It feels that he’s an essential part of the team at this location and easily has the best attitude out of every team member we’ve interacted with. He’s very personable and we enjoy seeing him every time we visit. I highly recommend this Applebees location for its good food and GREAT service. We hope Adam receives his well-deserved praise and keeps it up!
