I appreciate the extensive labeling and vegan options. The tacos I got were quite good, with a variety of textures and flavor. However, it took 45 minutes to get them. Admittedly, it was somewhat busy, and I think people who came in after me got served first. Also, the bar was dirty and full of salt and crumbs, and the bartender hastily cleaned it off but not very well. Built a couple of custom tacos with the bubble exam sheet. Unfortunately my 'cold' topping of pineapple salsa really lived up to its name, and one of my tacos was so cold at the bottom the wrapper had condensation on it. The salsa must have come straight from a freezer.
