Horrible Experience with rude and inexperienced staff.I ordered last night from app 2 regular size fresh pack.My husband picked up the order when saw the order it was 2 small size fresh packs when I called to the store and informed about the wrong order and told them that we live about 20 min drive from store but she said we have no other option you must come for refund so we had no choice we went to store with wrong order. The staff was not apologetic, simply processed the refund and to my surprise, put the now melted wrong order back in the freezer.

Normally I go to Dairy Queen for our ice cream cakes but it was out of the way and I haven’t been to baskin Robbin’s in a while so I stopped by to grab an ice cream cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. The employees were wonderful but the cake…$50 for (as my daughter called it) bread (or angel food cake?? Idk whatever it is, it’s the most dense, worst ice cream cake I’ve ever had! Normally I wouldn’t complain but $50!!! And I’m just gonna throw it away. Barf.

Best ice cream in town!

As someone from the metro Detroit area, they’re simply isn’t a Baskin that is as large and has such a variety like this one in East Lansing. I was really impressed with the amount of seating area and the cleanliness inside the store during my first visit.

They always gave Jamocha Almond Fudge!! My favorite!!

My friends and I had a lovely visit! Complete with drive thru, this quiet location is right off the highway and easy to access.

My husband took me to Baskin-Robbins today for Mother's Day to get me my favorite strawberry shake. There was only one employee working and they were so pleasant and wonderful even though they were by themselves. I just want to give a shout out to that employee that was there, I really appreciate you.

I remember this place as a kid. When it used to be located in the old frandor shopping center. So this place has a nostalgia about it.

I’ve been to this Baskin Robbins location twice now, and both times I witnessed employees handling waffle cones with their bare hands—no gloves, no tongs, nothing. It's disappointing and frankly unacceptable, especially when it comes to food handling. I couldn’t bring myself to order either time and just turned around and left. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Basic hygiene should be a priority, especially in food service. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue.

Went to pick up ice cream with my kid while the girl started my order. i got 2 of my 3 items so i had to wait in the drive thru for an hour. which held up the drive thru! by the time i received my order my 2 items were melted that i had already received which is super inconvenient. I handed the 2 items to a different girl and asked if i could just get a refund because it’s been over an hour at this point and i still had not received my last item. someone else came to the window and was super snotty saying her manager said i can come back monday for a refund which wasn’t going to work because if i can’t receive my order and i just payed cash for it and leave with nothing makes zero sense. so we both agreed just to remake the order which took another 30-40 minutes that i had to sit in the drive thru!!!!! so i pulled out of the drive thru into the parking lot and went inside so the people behind me could leave, when i went inside i found out it hadn’t even been started. the amount of time that i spent in that drive thru and dealing with the girls attitudes was ridiculous, only to get everything that i ordered completely melted. I received my last item and then i went outside to get in my car and leave but then 2 cop cars pull up. these girls tried to say i was refusing to leave and called the cops on me!!!!! Of course i stayed and spoke with the cops and i let them know had i received my order i literally wouldn’t be here waiting, who wants to spend this long at a place?? they said it themselves that this call was a waste of time and that there was no issue and i was free to go.

I think I’ll stop buying from this Baskin Robbins. They are extremely stingy with their portion sizes and I pay way too much for the tiny portion of ice cream I get.
