I had an odd request for Baskin Robbins today. I am doing a virtual gender reveal and had some special requests. I spoke to Amy on the phone and she was amazing! She offered many ideas and options and I am so grateful! I paid in advance, and my family in East Lansing will be able to pick up the order when it's ready. Thank you Baskin Robbins and thank you Amy!!

Someone was picking up ice cream for me and this location was out of my preferred choice, baseball nut. So much for 31 flavors, but that's besides the point. What wasn't fine was that the workers didn't even suggest the next closest flavor and I ended up with plain old vanilla. When I called and asked the worker if vanilla was the closest thing they had to baseball nut she said there were other flavors that met the description more but because the person who picked it up for me didn't ask for a suggestion they didn't make one. Apparently at this location if you don't ask for service they don't give it to you. On top of that, when my patron paid in cash, the girl on the register (which was out of $1's) was unable to do the math required to give proper change. Untrained staff.

Great service and lots of options for people with dietary restrictions. Daiquiri Ice is the GOAT!

I haven't been to a Baskin-Robbins in years. I got a strawberry cheesecake shake--so creamy and delicious. Also got a hand packed quart of Wild 'n Reckless Sherbet which includes flavors of: green apple, blue raspberry, and fruit punch. It was delicious. The sweet cashier also talked me into a special--a second quart of mint chocolate chip for $2. Everything tasted wonderful and I'll definitely be back again soon!

Sorry Ben, sorry Jerry, but this place has the BEST ice cream! Baseball Nut, German Chocolate Cake, and World Class Chocolate have been personal favorites for 20 years!!

This is a "2 scoop sundae" that cost ~$6.50. There were two flavors and I verbally verified with the employee who responded "that is the two scoop size." I am fairly certain that this was owing to the fact that I did not leave a tip (most people don't tip for ice cream?), as the employee has to hold the card reader and watch you press no tip if you through the drive through. If this is genuinely a two scoop size, then I have never felt more ripped off when buying food. I've never left a review for a food place before, but this got me a bit heated. I would recommend avoiding this location.

The pieces are still reasonable and the staff is friendly. The ice cream is just as good as it's always been

I didn’t have the best experience tonight, I got there at 9:15 which is still 45 minutes until close & when I got to the window the two workers just started at me and didn’t say a word. She acted as if she was writing my order but wasn’t and just stared at me again to keep on with my order, very odd. When they handed me the first ice cream he still proceeded to not speak & just looked out to see how many cars were behind me and got frustrated. I ordered an oreo layered sundae and it was pretty much all fudge no ice cream … i’m very upset with the money i spent for my experience , I even left a tip.

Love this spot! For ANY family birthday or even a small celebration it's such a fun excuse to stop by BR for an ice cream cake yum! The designers are so fun and always have the time to doodle something extra for you

Having teenagers sometimes means going to BR at 9 on a weeknight. Very surprising how many people were there, both in the store and in the drive thru. The kid manning the drive thru was crazy slow. I was in there watching him, and it took him 20 minutes to make 2 sundaes. No joke. In the same amount of time, the nice woman helping us served 3 groups of people, including more than 10 items, AND filled 3 quarts for a Door Dash order. My sundae was pretty good even though the hot fudge wasn't hot (broken machine).

Very nice place to visit and enjoy the ice cream there with the family.
