They were very fast. They’re usually very nice in there, and they have really really good bagels. I’d also get a muffin from there as well. Then grab a cuppa coffee. Then get in your car and enjoy it.

Big Apple Bagel are my favorite bagels in town, so of course we went here for breakfast for my birthday.
I got my standard order of an everything bagel with jalapeno cheddar cream cheese.
My kid got a breakfast sandwich, and he didn't realize until a few minutes later that it came with American cheese. We were able to swap that out with cheddar even though they had already started working on our order and they were very nice about it.
My husband was a little disappointed that his cinnamon bagel had picked up some garlic somewhere along the way.
We went pretty late in the morning, but there was still a decent selection of muffins, so we grabbed a few to take home for later. As always, I particularly recommend the cheesecake muffins.

Kid-friendliness: The young lady taking our order was so sweet and kind. She interacted with my daughter and gave her a sweet compliment making my babe’s smile shine as we skipped to grab our smoothie!

This is usually a four or five bagel place hopefully a bad day.Check you order closely as it is taken. Order 5 bagels none toasted. Two with butter, three plain. Really simple.Got 4 of 5 bagels. All toasted, three that were to be plain all had cream cheese…. When I went back the person at register acted like it was a huge inconvenience. The originally person who took my order hid in the back…. Obviously paid for cream cheese when I didn’t order it.A real hassle for a decent bagel.Hopefully an anomaly because my prior experiences were always good. Please check your order closely when placing and when picking up.On a positive note, the woman who prepared and gave me the incorrect bagels was extremely nice and pleasant (was not her fault as she did what order said). The woman who actually gave me the correct order was quick and nice.

Not just the best bagel I’ve had in a long time, but also the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. This place is worth every second of the wait. Place is a little small for the amount of business it gets, makes it a tad uncomfortable.
