Staff is so nice. But every time I order, they get my order wrong. EVERY TIME. Each time I correct it at the register and they still mess it up. Last time I walked in, I saw a member picking her nose and eat it in the back. Did not wash her hands. Walked out :)

Every order I have ever placed has always been wrong. I ordered 2 chai latte's and was given steamed milk with an unbearable amount of honey and no chai. The drinks are very inconsistent, and parts of the drinks are always missing. For example, the tea from a tea latte, a bigger straw for a boba drink, the lemon slice for a drink, etc. If I order more than 1 thing, I'm given only 1 of the item and then I have to wait in line again to order a second one again. None of the hot drinks taste like anything but a 1:1 ratio of watered down steamed milk and honey. I'd recommend going to a different location.

I have visited this Biggby location many times and have always had a great experience. Today I went to get my drink and the cashiers and the baristas were very loudly talking badly about my order and about how “it was a waste of a biggby order”. And saying how “People who buy this are dumb”. I’ve never heard baristas be so mean.

Very friendly staff. Place is nice & cozy but small w/limited parking. So I wouldn't plan on staying too long.?

And the team at this store is decent.).But perhaps they haven’t noticed that I haven’t been back in two months.Why?That’s a great question your corporate office can field. They managed to turned one of your most loyal customers away.And absolutely ZERO follow-up. In two months. Despite specifically reaching out to the owner via the office.Shortly, I’m going to give up coffee altogether. But if I were a franchisee, I would be FURIOUS at the way they handle complaints.Terrible.

Please buy some fly traps for this store. There are a noticeable amount of them buzzing about inside. Always love coming here. The staff is friendly, and it's biggby, so you know the coffee is already fabulous!

Coffee Barista was less than pleasant with my wife, my daughter, and myself due to the fact that she was having difficulty with someone trying to apply for a job. Drinks were great but you just turned us away from coming here again with so many other options.
