My husband and I love this biggby location! harper, amber and kelly make it the best location in lansing. however, we are disappointed at the lack of garden veggie cream cheese (my husbands fav) that we get at other locations! having our favorite condiment available would make our experience even better.
I stopped in earlier today and received great service from Amber. She was very sweet and pleasant to chat with. My drink was made great and promptly. Thanks Amber for a great start to my day!!!!
I think I have found my new go to coffee place! I was having a rough morning but the bright and cheery attitudes of the staff made my day. Amber, Meika, and Harper are the dream team. i got my drink and bagel very quickly and Harper even helped me decide what drink to order. Thank you guys for making my day so much better and I look forward to coming back!!!
