This is my favorite BIGGBY in the Lansing area! Lucas was very kind this morning when I got my coffee. It was the wrong flavor but I’m forgiving when it comes to this location because they’re always so pleasant 🤣

I think this is the second time we've stopped here for coffee. It's not the difficulty getting into and out of the restaurant that rates the one star, it's the service. Took over a half hour to get 2, 24 Oz drinks. Not sure if there was a manager there or not but it needs to be managed better. They weren't even very busy. Will definitely be finding a different Bigby next time we are in East Lansing. smh

i don’t typically come to this location because every time i do it takes forever and the service isn’t great. Today however has been the worst of all, my friends and I have been stuck in the drive through for well over an hour with zero service. there is currently no one ahead of us and we have yet to even order. one of my friends placed a mobile order for the drive through and went inside to see what the hold up was, it was not busy inside at all in fact no one was ordering. Furthermore, he was completely ignored by the employees. super disappointed to see this as i am a big fan of biggby, definitely won’t be returning here.

Waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes and ONE car was served. Finally gave up and left. Hire more staff, limit drive through to 2 drinks and no food, offer a discount for people who have been waiting longer than 10 minutes. I don't know what you need to do, but you need to do something. Coffee shouldn't take 30 minutes.

Now I truly don't have too much to complain about besides the fact that i have to wait soooooo long until im able to even get my food and drink. The staff is always so friendly but i cant help but notice the pace they move at is extremely slow. I usually go through drive through but even when i go inside and order and see the pace their moving its still slow. The way they pump the syrup into the cups, how they fold the aluminum, etc. Ive once got there at 10:20 and left at 11:10. Now keep in mind i usually order ahead so it should be somewhat done and i understand other things coming first its just that when the pace is this slow its hard to want to continue to keep coming. Ill definitely recommend, just not when someone is in a rush to be somewhere.

Me and my friends went to eat to get a bagel and a coffee simple order. It took us an hour to get our food and drinks altogether they missed our food and said oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize you ordered food. The worker licked his hand right in front of my face. Not a good look. I won’t be back. Thank you.

Me and my lovely girlfriend got two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on asiago bagels. Adam made them SUPER FAST! They tasted so good and the coffee that Hannah and Brynn made were perfect to get our day right. Thanks to this bigby location for always keeping me happy!
