I went to get a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee and it took 25 minutes and I was the only one in line. Also there was no cream cheese on my bagel.

I don’t know what you need to change to get more staff in here but I waited an hour in the drive through this morning, I was stuck for half the time and had no choice. I watched you guys loose customers because of the long waiting time….

Came in on the holiday and the drive through window staff was excellent. We drove in from Nashville to see the kids and wanted out turkey havarti bagels since we can't get them at home! As great as we remembered and the staff was excellent.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited over an hour for our food and drinks on a Sunday. There was no one else in the place besides the workers who just felt like standing behind the counter and laughing with each other. They then had the audacity to ask us if we had received our stuff knowing that they hadn't made a single item. These workers who have been in "training" have been being trained for two weeks. It took an hour to toast a bagel and put it in a bag. Do not go here.

Unconscionably slow. Every time. We go long enough between visits to decide to give them a chance and they screw it up.

I have been buying this for over 20 years and now, I know, I will not be buying anymore at Biggby.I would like to know why you believe this is not popular since it is POPULAR. Half the time when I have gone in to buy they have run out!Very Very disappointing.
