I love the bagels here. I come here often but the issue is not with the food. I typically order online and when I get there to pick up my food they have the to-go order shelf behind the front desk, so no one can pick up their food. I’ve had to wait roughly 20 minutes every time i’ve been here for them to hand me my food that’s been done for quite a long time and is now cold. They need to get a better system, not to mention that when I watched someone ask for their food one...
I love this place with my whole heart. I just graduated from MSU and I miss these bagels so much. The staff was amazing and even remembered my bagel (unfortunately I was here way too much) the workers are so nice and made my hangovers much better. The trick is to go in and not order online.
I want to rate this 5 stars, but 90% of the time when I order a sandwich online my order comes with as little cream cheese as they possibly could’ve put on it and it’s always disappointing. Everything else is delicious.
