Bagels here are mostly very good. The bagels themselves are excellent. But the service is a bit off. Didn't get my order right on one of my bagels and left the onions (ugh - I could still taste them even after picking them off). Still, one of the better meals I had in East Lansing which is mostly bereft, apparently, of reliably good restaurants.
First off the food here is really good and the cashier has been nothing but super nice to me when I order food. We ordered a sandwich with no bacon on it because my girlfriend is vegetarian. I realized that the sandwich had bacon on it and went back to ask them if they could remake the sandwich. I would never blame them for mistakenly putting the bacon on it, especially because this place is always really busy. However, everyone besides the cashier was extremely rude to me when...
The food at this location is fresh and delicious every day. The service is fast, quick, and easy. And the Atmosphere is calm and cozy, making it a perfect place to study or eat a relaxing breakfast.
