This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. Having worked with restaurants in the marketing world, I always try to be patient when a spot is busy or give them the benefit of the doubt if something goes awry.
As an alumni of MSU, I visited the East Lansing Buffalo Wild Wings during a game day and sat at the bar. There were a few empty seats so it wasn't completely packed to the core but the dining room itself was quite busy. It took over 10 minutes for a bartender to even acknowledge my friend and I sitting there, though multiple walked past many times and just darted their eyes away.
After grabbing one drink each, we placed an order for tacos, specifically asking that they have no meat (I'm a vegetarian) and asking for tortilla chips on the side which is what the tacos usually come with. It took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive (again, I recognize it was busy). However, when it arrived, it was completely cold and of course, I went to peel it back and there were chicken pieces all in it. Not mention, there were fries on the side vs. the standard chips, which I didn't order. I told my friend and we tried to get the bartender's attention to swap it out. A young girl stacking plates in the bar overhead this and looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then, we saw her look at the bartender (again, still waiting for the bartender to walk over) and they both proceed to roll their eyes.
I will never set foot into this establishment again and judging by the reviews, these disgusting, condescending attitudes of their employees seem to be the norm here. When I visit campus again in the future, this will be crossed off my list and I'll be sure to tell my other friends who are alumni to do the same. I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the metro Detroit area all the time and have never had an issue like this. Please, do better before you lose even more business.

Chicken wings were too dry and chewy. I had to ask to get new 2nd time. 2nd time Chicken wings were a little better. But I won't come here again. Only things I liked was good atmosphere and the waiter did good job.

Waitress was awesome! Very responsive to our groups order. Very accommodating. Food was hot and had four sauces with the bogo 10 which is much better than before at the EL location. I'm gonna have to come back to this location again.

First time to order from Buffalo Wild Wings and the food was great. I ordered 5 chicken tenders, potato wedges and BBQ sauce, the tenders were so tasty, BBQ sauce was good, but I wish the wedges had a bigger cut. The food was tasty and nice place to visit.

They weren't busy but waited to be seated. Several employees looked at the crowd of people at the front door. Not sure what they did. I goy frustrated and went to seat at the bar. Bartender saw me and looked away. I took the hint and left. Poor customer services.

Great waitress. Drinks were good. Garlic parm sauce was super super hot. Doesn't normally taste like that. A few of us could not eat boneless with that sauce.

Place a order the wings are very dry and all the lemon pepper is in the box not on chicken. The wedges are horrible over bad experience won’t be back

Street tacos were great. The female server (otherwise known as Bar on the receipt) was just rude. I wasn't sure if she was the reason why the place was empty at lunch hour or the awful early 2000's music playing (Shaggy, anyone?). What the heck happened to our beloved Bdubs...

Never placing a delivery order through them again nor ordering from this location.
The last time I ordered I placed it online to be delivered. Their delivery service goes third party through doordash. Was watching, it took about 25 minutes to make the food which wasn't bad. The driver picked up my food and then took over 30 minutes just to deliver it, which my place isn't that far. So by the time my food got to me, it was barely even warm. Tipped the driver well beforehand even. There wasn't a single ranch sauce when I ordered 4 of them, which was another letdown. Then they also forgot to add my chili onto my fries which I paid additional for on top of it. Just an all around terrible experience. Complained to both doordash and buffalo wild wings corporate and never had anything done and neither wants to be held responsible or cares. I've ordered here before while dining in and didn't have the greatest service then either but nothing like this. I'll just continue to go to the west side location in the future. 10x better.

This is the worst ran bdubs I have EVER been too. Which I worked at a bdubs and it should not be this slow!!! Half the time theres no one in the kitchen! The customer service is so trashy and rude you can hear them talking about you behind the counter which is so unprofessional because no one is rushing you just telling you the name of their order. It’s always the takeout that is so beyond rude I will not be coming back here ever. AWFUL
