We are in town visiting and decided on Buffalo wild wings for dinner. First they said our order would take 23 minutes for pickup and it took well over 40. Half of the boneless chicken wings were dried out. All of the tater tots and potato wedges were cold and soggy. We ordered two of the two entree, two sides and two beverages Valentine's meal deals and only got three of our four drinks. Very disappointed, will not order from there again.

Imagine a Friday night in east Lansing. You are imagining busy obviously. Well my friend and I came here to watch the basketball game. We did not order food. We just got drinks. They have one bartender who is not only serving bar seats, she is serving the whole restraunt. Absolutely ridiculous, poor girl is having to hold up everybody’s backs. As we understand she’s extremely busy, it is also frustrating not being waited on in a timely manner and unfortunately made us leave at half to go somewhere else. Disappointing.

NONE OF THESE COMPLAINTS ARE ABOUT THE STAFF! The prices are crazy high unless you share meals/deals with friends to make it average. The food is sometimes room temp and they have a bad NAT fly problem! Once again the staff are great but the wait times can be horrible even when not busy. You can be seated and decide on drinks, wait 5-15 mins for them. Then order and then food can take 20-55 mins to arrive for two people. I know it’s not the waiters fault and they are usually very friendly. I feel like they are just always under staffed and feel terrible for them.

Waiter was great, he was really fast taking our order. Initially messed it up but made up for it really quickly. People eating around us were really cool, great conversations. Really memorable and the food was GREAT.

Bartender was outstanding. It was after a football game so it was busy. Luckily we got two seats at the bar and the bartender and managers to care of us with amazing service.
Came in at 330 place was dead, waited at an empty bar for 5 minutes before the bartender came out of hiding, put my order in and drank my beer before the food came, sat there for over 10 minutes before I asked someone to find the bartender for me so I could have a beer with my now cold food, bartender finally came out after being told by the gentleman I asked to find her got a beer and went right back to hiding, I couldn't read the bartenders name tag but it end in ya, the worst service I've ever received at a Buffalo on wings by far, and I'm a pretty frequent customer.

Wyatt our server was spectacular. Greatest server I’ve ever had. Didn’t know they could be so great and adapting for their customers. Honestly don’t think I will ever have as good of a B Dubs experience. Every time I come in from now on I will ask to sit in Wyatt’s section. That dude is AWESOME.

This place has gone downhill fast, instead of hiring girls that distract the customer from the awful wings. You guys should invest in a better chef, every time I come here the winds are supper dry and over cooked. It’s not that hard to make wings, just a suggestion though!

Food here is consistently terrible, regardless of how slow or busy it is. Beer taps _might_ be clean, if you're lucky.
Staff is running around doing everything but serving up food and beers. They are definitely understaffed on game days, but there are also some obvious inefficiencies at play.
It's downright crazy how much time they spend walking back and forth to the POS systems.
