I'm giving these guys five stars just for simply having clean bathrooms. Since their neighboring business, Speedway, won't clean their bathrooms, so Speedway just marks their bathrooms "out of order" and send people here.

35 min waiting for my order and those who work there should be replaced by others who want to work, bad service
Last week, I sat in the drive through for over 20 min given I had already made my order in the app. I was then told the system was down. This was at least the third time something has happened in the last several months. One time I placed an order in the app and they were closed, another time they were out of fries and without telling me in advance, changed my order. They did not offer a refund. I reported it and got my money back, but it does speak to how customers are treated.

Sat in the driveway for 15 minutes while we waited for them to finish the one order that sat at their window for the majority of the time.
When we finally ordered, we used a coupon for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a med fry, and a med drink priced at $6.99. The cashier seemed very drowsy and like almost out of it. Slurring her words, after waiting forever and finally getting to pull up to the window we waited for another 10 min and finally received our order. We get all the way home to find that our sandwiches are just regular cheeseburgers. I provided pics of the burgers and the receipt.
Just save your time and money and eat at home.

Threw it up, the tomatoes, pickle, lettuce taste like it’s been left out too long and this is the second time I go there. Fries are cold and stale, burger was cold. This tasted disgusting

I recently visited the Burger King located in Eastwood by Meijer and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when grabbing a quick bite. My order was prepared accurately and in a timely manner. The staff seemed efficient and focused on providing good service. I appreciate when fast food restaurants live up to their name and get you in and out without unnecessary delays. While I didn't have any specific issues during my visit, I can't speak to every experience at this location. However, based on my recent stop, I would recommend this Burger King for anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal in the Eastwood area.
