An all time establishment at East Lansing. I had the opportunity to come back here nearly a decade after graduating and the food was still delicious and affordable

Super nice folks and the food was really good! I got the beef chow fun. The portions are very generous, as well!

Charliekangs is an East Lansing OG. Good Korean and Chinese food and the manager is awesome there. I would recommend eating their breaded chicken dishes at the restaurant though. The breading can get soggy in delivery. My favorite is their Mongolian Beef.

The best Chinese food in town! 🐲🍜

Their Galbi-tang the de bomb. Served in a stone bowl with rice and complimentary small dishes.

What a great deal for dinner for 2. $35 and so much food! Service was fun too. Great guy. Thanks team, job well done!

Specify vegan when ordering. The Mapo tofu is really delicious, as is the general tso's tofu (big tofu pieces that are very crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside). Good spice levels too.

Had the kimchi fried rice 5 years ago, when I went on a business trip with my mom. No kidding the best kimchi fried rice I had in my life! Every day on that trip I ate it. To this day I still miss the taste of the kimchi fried rice!!!

The food was nice when we dined there but then the “shrimp tempura” which we ordered to go turned out to be “vegetable tempura.” We don’t have a picture of that because we thought eventually we will find the shrimps but there were barely any. Thanks for wasting our money ??

Not from Lansing, but visited on a work trip. Stopped by Charlie Kang’s alone for a late dinner. Ordered jjamppong (seafood noodle soup) with vermicelli and it was so big. I knew I could not finish in one sitting. Also ordered hot barley tea to warm the soul. Everything was so delicious and the portion was so big. My server Natalie was so very sweet and took care of me. She even helped me pack my leftover. Overall so glad I visited this place!

Takeout has always been horrible here. I'm talking inedible. Strangely, the food is pretty good when you dine in. This is not my first choice when it comes to Korean restaurants in the Lansing area though.
