Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered on DoorDash, sorry my bad for being lazy. I wanted a large guacamole and chips. I got NO CHIPS and a basically empty container. Beyond mad. Your guacamole is too expensive to be cheating people out.

Edit after eating: made both burritos poorly and one with the wrong meat. Just sad and disappointed.

It's been my favorite for years now. The staff was nice and quick to serve. The food was delicious. It doesn't matter where I am Chipotle always give me good vibes.

Want to hear a joke? The Chipotle on Grand River Ave in downtown East Lansing. This Chipotle is so poorly ran it’s honestly just sad. Anytime I want to grab food the line usually has around 8-10 people in it, and you’re bound to wait at least 25 minutes for your turn. If you’re luck they might have dried out chicken and steak that has probably been sitting out for hours, or they will tell you they are out of one or the other, which is absolutely embarrassing during peak hours. This place needs to either be shut down or find new management, because the service here is absolutely pitiful.

Service was unexpectedly rude and made an error in pricing, and my guacamole had the root/stem of the avocado inside.

The food was great and staff were very helpful. My issue however is that the environment was dirty. Most of the tables were dirty as well, it took me a while to find a clean spot to eat at. Even the bins were overflowing with garbage.

Person working was a complete jerk. Was yelling at his coworker because there was no chicken ready for him to give. My bowl was completely sub par as the guy just slapped it together and threw it at me. Avoid this location at all costs it’s complete slop and dirty as a chipotle can be.

Worst portions I have ever seen in chiptole

Ridiculous. Second time I’ve tried to use the mobile pickup , and once again it’s completely trashed. They just don’t care. This is the state of my order after I was wondering what was leaking through the bag. It’s completely soaked the entire meal. I’m done here.

hire more staff

The food is great! However, I believe this place is very understaffed. Usually they had to close in-person offerings even before the store closure. Some staffs are not very friendly while others are very welcoming!
