Chipotle Mexican Grill

If you order chicken and cheese in the same burrito bowl and they're out of chicken you will just get a glopping pile of cheese. I've never been so sick and mad because of food before now. There was not one piece of chicken in my burrito bowl where chicken is the only protein?? I hate today, thanks for you help.

I stop here once a week. Every week there is an issue. Always out of chicken or rice or steak. Today all 3 so I walked out. I also cater to large business weekly and refuse to order from here.

My bowl I ordered online was about 1/3 full. I am a huge chipotle fan but the portion on this was criminal. Tasted great though.

I have NEVER had a decent experience at this specific Chipotle, but just last night, they lost 2 customers. Both me and a friend ordered takeout and went to pick it up 10 minutes later as the app told us. My meal was ready hers was not. Not only did they complete every other order who wasn’t there before making hers, they ended up handing her a bag with someone else’s order, forcing us to wait another 10 minutes on top of the previous 20. Once we got home, I opened my bowl, with my name on it, to receive a completely different order that was not my own in the slightest. Do not go to this Chipotle. Go to any other one.

Allowing people to crowd the pick up order area and not Allowing orders to be picked up

Had no chips and said I could get a partial refund if I called a 800 number and then only filled up half my drink and all ice in the cup 🤦🏾‍♀️

Every time I order through the app while I’m at work something happens. I paid 29 dollars and literally got beans and rice plus some lettuce. I didn’t get anything I order, it’s been a while since I order because last time I got a whole ass glove in my food 😂

Excellent on-campus chipotle. The line was moving quickly and the produce-based ingredients were all quite fresh and refreshingly acidic. I don't often order bowls at chipotle but the situation demanded it and I was very pleased. Among the best brown rice and barbacoa I've had at a chipotle establishment.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Delivery is always a hit or miss, always understaffed, very stingy with portions regardless of what you ask for, and the amount of time I spend waiting for food is ridiculous. I find myself wondering who owns this restaurant very often and I think some serious reconstruction needs to be done.

The old guy working the register 11/1 was very, very rude. Also was very rude to his own coworkers. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like I had to for him. Didn’t get his name but he’s the old one with grey scuff.

i ordered a burrito on the app and had one of my friends pick it up for me because i had a migraine. when i got my food i realized that it was actually a burrito bowl, which is not what i ordered at all. i tried to call the restaurant and it was just some robot repeating the same things over and over again and telling me to use the online chat bot. i used the online chat bot and it told me to just talk to someone in person. i can’t talk to someone in person because i have a raging migraine and this is my last straw. never ordering from here again
